The 2022 General Tire 150 was the fifth stock car race of the 2022 ARCA Menards Series season, and the 12th iteration of the event. The race was held on Friday, May 27, 2022, in Concord, North Carolina, United States at Charlotte Motor Speedway, a 1.5 mile (2.4 km) permanent oval-shaped racetrack. The race was contested over 100 laps. At race's end, Brandon Jones, driving for Joe Gibbs Racing, dominated during the end of the race, and earned his 6th career ARCA Menards Series win, and his first of the season. Background

Charlotte Motor Speedway is a motorsport complex located in Concord, North Carolina, 13 mi (21 km) outside Charlotte. The complex features a 1.5 mi (2.4 km) quad oval track that hosts NASCAR racing including the prestigious Coca-Cola 600 on Memorial Day weekend, and the Bank of America Roval 400. The speedway was built in 1959 by Bruton Smith and is considered the home track for NASCAR with many race teams located in the Charlotte area. The track is owned and operated by Speedway Motorsports with Greg Walter as track president.

The 2,000 acres (810 ha) complex also features a state-of-the-art 0.25 mi (0.40 km) drag racing strip, ZMAX Dragway. It is the only all-concrete, four-lane drag strip in the United States and hosts NHRA events. Alongside the drag strip is a state-of-the-art clay oval that hosts dirt racing including the World of Outlaws finals among other popular racing events.

The race returned to the series in 2018 and has remained since.

The race is scheduled to be held on Friday, October 14, 2022, in North Las Vegas, Nevada at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Bullring, a 0.375 mile permanent oval shaped racetrack. The race was increased from 150 laps to 158 laps, due to a green-white-checker finish. Taylor Gray, driving for David Gilliland Racing, would be unstoppable throughout the entire race, leading all but one lap for his fifth career ARCA Menards Series West win, and his second of the season. The 2016 North Carolina Education Lottery 200 was the 6th stock car race of the 2016 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and the 14th iteration of the event. The race was originally going be held on Friday, May 20, 2016, but due to inclement weather, it was postponed until Saturday, May 21, in Concord, North Carolina at Charlotte Motor Speedway, a 1.5-mile (2.4 km) permanent tri-oval shaped racetrack. The race took the scheduled 134 laps to complete. Matt Crafton, driving for ThorSport Racing, survived a string of green-flag pit stops, and earned his 13th career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series win, and his second of the season. Crafton also dominated parts of the race, leading 47 laps. To fill out the podium, Kyle Busch, driving for his team, Kyle Busch Motorsports, and Johnny Sauter, driving for GMS Racing, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

The 2023 Alsco Uniforms 300 was the 12th stock car race of the 2023 NASCAR Xfinity Series, and the 42nd iteration of the event. The race was held in Concord, North Carolina at Charlotte Motor Speedway, a 1.5 miles (2.4 km) tri-oval shaped racetrack. It was originally scheduled to be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023, but due to constant rain showers, the race was postponed until Monday, May 29, immediately following the Coca-Cola 600 Cup Series race on the same day. The race took the scheduled 200 laps to complete. Justin Allgaier, driving for JR Motorsports, was able to stretch out his fuel mileage during the final 20 laps, and earn his 20th career NASCAR Xfinity Series win, and his first of the season. Allgaier dominated the majority of the race as well, leading a race-high 83 laps. The race was held on Friday, May 26, 2023, in Concord, North Carolina at Charlotte Motor Speedway, a 1.5 mile (2.4 km) permanent tri-oval shaped racetrack. The race was increased from 100 to 103 laps, due to a NASCAR overtime finish. Jesse Love, driving for Venturini Motorsports, would hold off the field on the final restart, and earned his 5th career ARCA Menards Series win, and his third consecutive win of the season. Love dominated the majority of the race as well, leading a race-high 67 laps. To fill out the podium, Dean Thompson, driving for Venturini Motorsports, and Taylor Gray, driving for Tricon Garage, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.

The 2019 General Tire 150 was the seventh stock car race of the 2019 ARCA Menards Series season, and the 2nd iteration of the event. The race was held on Thursday, May 23, 2019, in Concord, North Carolina, at Charlotte Motor Speedway, a 1.5 mile (2.4 km) permanent tri-oval shaped racetrack. The race was originally scheduled to be contested over 100 laps, but was increased to 109 laps, due to a NASCAR overtime finish. Ty Majeski, driving for Chad Bryant Racing, would survive two overtime restarts, and hold off a charging Sheldon Creed to earn his first career ARCA Menards Series win. Michael Self dominated the entirety of the race, leading a race-high 91 laps. To fill out the podium, Creed, driving for GMS Racing, and Gus Dean, driving for Win-Tron Racing, would finish 2nd and 3rd, respectively.
