Buenavista is an unincorporated community in Indian Creek Township, Monroe County, in the U.S. state of Indiana. [1]

History

Buenavista was platted in 1849. [2] A post office was established at Buenavista in 1873, and remained in operation until it was discontinued in 1925. [3]

In 1890, the population was 50 residents. [4] By 1920, the population was 75. [5] The population was 150 in 1930. [6]
