Bystrzec [ˈbɨstʂɛt͡s] is a name of non existing village in the administrative district of Gmina Kwidzyn, within Kwidzyn County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. [1] It lay approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north of Kwidzyn and 67 km (42 mi) south of the regional capital Gdańsk.

Kwidzyn County is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Pomeranian Voivodeship, northern Poland. It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998.
