C&L Electric Cooperative Corporation is a non-profit rural electric utility cooperative in Arkansas, in the United States. It is headquartered in Star City, Arkansas, with district offices in Dumas and Sheridan, Arkansas.

Profits are either reinvested for infrastructure or distributed to members in the form of "patronage" or "capital credits", which are dividends paid on a member's investment in the cooperative.

The Cooperative was organized in 1938 and the first power lines were energized in December 1939. [1]
The Cooperative serves portions of eight counties in the state of Arkansas, in a territory generally surrounding Star City: Bradley, Cleveland, Dallas, Desha, Drew, Grant, Jefferson, and Lincoln. [2]
Bradley County is a county located in the U.S. state of Arkansas. As of the 2010 census, the population was 11,508. The county seat is Warren. It is Arkansas's 43rd county, formed on December 18, 1840, and named for Captain Hugh Bradley, who fought in the War of 1812. It is an alcohol prohibition or dry county, and is the home of the Bradley County Pink Tomato Festival.

Dallas County is Arkansas's 49th county, formed on January 1, 1845, and named for George M. Dallas, Vice President of the United States.
