During that time,he also served as an administrative judge in two other courts within the First Judicial District. As a Common Pleas judge,Glazer served in the criminal and civil divisions,and was Supervising Judge of Philadelphia's Commerce Case Management Program from 2018 to 2021. In response to the Philadelphia Traffic Court scandal of 2011,Pennsylvania's Supreme Court appointed Glazer as Administrative Judge of the Traffic Court in 2011 to reverse many years of institutional corruption,while still maintaining his role as a full-time Court of Common Pleas judge. Glazer also became known for innovative court programs within the Commerce Court. He has also been very involved in lecturing on the American legal system outside the United States.
Christopher Paul Yates is an American judge in the state of Michigan. He has served as both a trial level and appellate judge. He was one of Michigan's first business court judges,serving in that role for ten years,and later developing a national presence and influence as a business court judge. Most recently,he was assigned to the specialized Michigan Court of Claims,to deal with litigation involving governmental entities. He served in two prestigious judicial clerkships,has held positions of significance outside of his judgeships,and has received numerous awards as a judge.
Timothy Sean Driscoll is an American judge,serving as a justice in the trial level Supreme Court of Nassau County,New York. He has served in that court's specialized Commercial Division from 2009 to the present. He is a leader among New York judges in the Commercial Division,and in the national community of specialized business court judges. Before becoming a judge,he served in the executive branch of county government,served as both a federal and local prosecutor in criminal matters,and held a prestigious judicial clerkship in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
John W. Herron is a retired American judge who served for 35 years on the Court of Common Pleas of Pennsylvania's First Judicial District,located in Philadelphia. Herron was the trial division's administrative judge for three three-year terms. As administrative judge in 1999,he issued the order creating the Commerce Case Management Program,Pennsylvania's first specialized business court program. He was first elected in 1987,after having been one of the few judges in modern Pennsylvania history to be recommended for office based on a merit selection process.
