History
The college was founded by Lt Gen(R) Nazar Hussain in 1997 with only one building which used to serve as a multipurpose building for academics, hostel, mess, common room and for administration. Now the college has buildings for all purposes.
The first entry of CCKK passed out in 2003. They are called "The Pioneers." Cadet Ali Zafar (now Major in Pakistan Army) was the first college prefect and at the same time Wing Commander of Haider Wing. Cadet Furqan Wali (now Major in Pakistan Army) was the first Wing Commander of Jinnah Wing. Cadet Ahsan Farhat was the first Wing Commander of Baber Wing, Cadet Ammar Farooq (now Lt in Pakistan Navy) was the first wing commander of Omer wing and Cadet Zia Ul Qamar (now an IT professional) was the first college debating secretary.
CCKK has the honour of hosting the biggest sports gala in the history of cadet colleges of Pakistan. The first sports gala was held in 2008, which was hosted by 6th Entry, included Military College Jhelum, Cadet College Kohat, Aitchison College Lahore, Army Burn Hall College Abbottabad, Cadet College Kallar Kahar and again in 2012, which was hosted by 11th Entry. The guest colleges were Military College Jhelum, PAF Public School Sargodha, Cadet College Kohat, Abbottabad Public School, Military College Murree and Cadet College Kallar Kahar.
Infrastructure
The college is spread over 150 acres (0.61 km2) of land on a plateau. The average height is about 3,000 feet (910 m) above sea level. It is an open countryside with scenic panoramic view, free of pollution. It has a big C-shaped double-storied academic block. It has four cadet hostels with eight residential wings for cadets and one hostel for teachers. The dormitories are commodious and equipped with basic luxuries. Each cadet wing has its own common room with a music system, television set and other accessories.
The college possesses sports grounds of Cricket, football, Basketball, Volleyball and courts for indoor games such as Table tennis. The college has a swimming pool where water sports are conducted.
The college has its own riding school with 8 horses and one professional trainers.
The college has a uniquely and magnificently designed cadets mosque and two spacious cadets messes. It has a barber shop, cadets library, college water dam, science block, examination block and a well equipped computer lab.
The college now includes a dairy farm to ensure the provision of fresh milk without any contamination to the cadets. This initiative has been taken to maintain the hygiene balance and healthy nutrition of cadets and sustain an eco-friendly environment.
Chakwal District is in Pothohar Plateau of Punjab, Pakistan. It is located in the north of the Punjab province, Chakwal district is bordered by Khushab to its south, Rawalpindi to its north east, Jhelum to its east, Mianwali to its west and Attock to its north west. The district was created out of parts of Jhelum and Attock in 1985.
Army Burn Hall College is a highly selective, Pakistan Army-administered day and boarding school and college in Abbottabad, Pakistan. It was founded in 1943 by members of Saint Joseph's Missionary Society of Mill Hill (MHM) in British India as a missionary school for boys, named "Senior Cambridge School". It was ceded to Pakistan Army Education Corps in 1977 and was renamed Army Burn Hall College. It has since expanded to multiple single-sex campuses for boys and girls in the city offering education up to master's level. Burn Hall's history and influence have made it one of the most prestigious and elite schools in the subcontinent.
Pakistan International Public School & College, usually abbreviated to its acronym PIPS is a private residential school situated in Abbottabad city of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan with several other branches in different cities of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab. The parent institute in Abbottabad has two separate campuses, Boys Campus known as Senior PIPS is situated on a hill at Jhangi Khoja near Mandian while Girls Campus usually referred to as Junior PIPS is situated at PMA Link Road in Jinnahabad and collectively they are known as PIPS Abbottabad.
Military College Jhelum (MCJ) is a feeder military high school, located at Sarai Alamgir but now in, Pakistan. Though it is physically located in Gujrat District, due to its very close proximity it is still associated with the City of Jhelum, and is considered to be in the cantonment limit of Jhelum. The institution feeds the Pakistan Military Academy, Kakul. Military College Jhelum is one of three military colleges in Pakistan; the others being Military College Murree and Military College Sui.
Cadet College, Hasan Abdal (CCH) Urdu/Pashto :کیدت کالج/کیڈٹ کالج حسن ابدال is a residential secondary school located in Hasan Abdal, Attock District, Punjab, Pakistan. The college has over 500 students aged 13–19 years. Each class has c.110 students. The main aim of the academic program is to train students to become future officers in the Pakistani Military. The college has a distinctly Muslim curriculum for all students, including those from overseas.

PAF College Sargodha is a Pakistan Air Force operated boarding school located in Sargodha, Punjab, Pakistan. Founded as a feeding school for Pakistan Air Force Academy, it is now a public school since 1990 funded by the Pakistan Air Force.
Garrison Cadet College Kohat is a boarding school, situated in the suburb of Kohat City. Students are inducted after a 3-step selection process, composed of a written test, interview and medical examination. The entrance exam of class 8th is conducted at test centers in Kohat, Mardan, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Multan, D.I.Khan, Sialkot and Karachi. The entrance exam of class 11th is conducted in Kohat.
Pakistan Air Force college Lower Topa is an all-boys military boarding school situated at PAF Base, Lower Topa which is located near Patriata in the Murree region of the Rawalpindi District of Pakistan. Placed on a mountain hilltop, the institution is made up of a series of buildings. These comprise the boarding lodgings, academic blocks, hobbies section, laboratories, administration, library, hospital, etc. The other buildings consist of a mosque, a general purpose hall, an auditorium and a messing block. It is considered as elite boarding institution of Pakistan providing quality education and training. The public school is serving as a nursery for the future leadership of the Pakistan Air Force. A new academic block has just been completed in 2010. Admission is open for all Pakistani students, however, one Bangladeshi student is admitted in the school in every intake.

Presentation Convent High School, Sargodha, Pakistan, was founded by the Presentation Sisters and is regulated by the Catholic Board of Education under the Roman Catholic Diocese of Islamabad-Rawalpindi.
Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Rawalpindi established in October, 1977. Its offices have been located earlier on 6th road, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi but shifted into newly constructed campus at Morgah near Attock Refinery Rawalpindi in March 2013. The main object of the Board is to conduct examinations of SSC & HSSC and declare their results. The Board is autonomous in nature. The central forum is called as Punjab Boards Committee of Chairmen (PBCC) and all the BISE's in Punjab take over the Chairmanship for one year on alphabetical order. Mr. Saif Anjum is the current Chairman of the Board.

Cadet College Jaffarabad or CCJ is one of the three cadet colleges established in Balochistan, Pakistan in the era of then President Gen Parwaiz Musharaf with the aim to impart quality education to the people of Balochistan. The college started function on 15 March 2009 in the cattle farm area of Usta Muhammad District Jaffarabad. It starts from class 7th to intermediate.
