Cameron County High School is an institution of secondary education in Emporium, Pennsylvania, and is the only high school in the Cameron County School District of rural Cameron County, Pennsylvania. There are about 400 students in grades 7 to 12 attending the school.

Clarke County High School is a public high school in Berryville, Virginia. CCHS was ranked 19th on Newsweek's Top 1200 High Schools list in 2006. This used a metric based on the amount of Advanced Placement and International Baccalaureate tests taken by all the students in 2005 divided by the amount of graduating seniors. Its courses cover a wide spectrum of advanced levels including the International Baccalaureate program; dual-enrollment courses with Laurel Ridge Community College and AP courses. Clay-Chalkville High School (CCHS) is a public high school in Clay, a suburb of Birmingham, Alabama, United States. It is the second largest of the Jefferson County Board of Education's fourteen high schools. School colors are navy blue and silver, and the athletic teams are called the Cougars. CCHS competes in AHSAA Class 6A athletics. The school was recognized by "Niche.com" as the 42nd "Best High School for Athletes in Alabama" among the top 50 in 2020. CCHS was one of only two Jefferson County System schools designed among the state's more than 300 high schools.

Warren Area High School (WAHS) is a government-funded high school in Warren, Pennsylvania, built 1961. The school has 743 students as of the 2017–2018 school year. It is one of four high schools operated by Warren County School District. The WAHS mascot is a dragon. There is also Warren County Career Center located on the WAHS campus, offering vocational-technical education opportunities to students in grades 10-12. The campus includes the Warren Area Elementary Center. After graduating from Beaty-Warren Middle School, students proceed to Warren Area High School.
