Capitol TwinPeaks is a 50-storey twin-tower mixed residential building in the Central Business District of Colombo, Sri Lanka. Its towers are connected by South Asia's highest sky bridge, [1] and is adjacent to Beira Lake. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

The building comprises over 400 apartments in two towers, and includes a fitness center, dining options, and outdoor recreational spaces. [2] [4] [5]

The P&T Group Singapore and Sanken jointly developed Capitol TwinPeaks. It falls under the oversight of the Sanken Group, Sanken Construction as the contractor and Capitol Developers as the developer. [3] [7]

Capitol TwinPeaks received accolades at the Luxury Lifestyle Awards 2020, for architectural innovation and contribution to the real estate sector. [8] It was also awarded the Green Certification by the Green Building Council of Sri Lanka (GBCSL). [1] [2] [3] [4] [6]

Altair is a residential and commercial development under construction in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The building has a 68 floor vertical tower and 63 floor leaning or sloping tower. At 240.0 m (787 ft), the building will be one of the tallest buildings in Colombo when it is completed. The building is situated on the banks of the Beira Lake on a 2-acre plot of land leased by the Urban Development Authority of Sri Lanka to the Developer Indocean Developers. Development was halted for five years, and then restarted in 2020. The first phase of the building opened in March 2021.

Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is the first integrated resort in Sri Lanka and the largest private investment in the country. Sri Lankan-British architect, Cecil Balmond designed the resort while Hyundai Engineering & Construction is the main contractor. The construction of the resort began in 2014. All the buildings in the resort topped off in May 2019. Even though the resort was originally planned to be completed by 2018, the project got delayed several times due to various reasons. John Keells started handing over keys to the suites apartments in August 2021. With handing over of residential and commercial units, revenue recognition started at Cinnamon Life. The remainder of the project is scheduled to be launched in a phased manner, in the second half of 2024.
