Havelock City is a large mixed-use real-estate project in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Residential component of the project consists of eight residential towers and the commercial component of the project consists of a 46-storey office tower and shopping mall built to international standards. [5] It is popular for its clubhouse, 2.8 ha (7 acres) garden, and the overall size of the project. [6] The first four residential towers, namely Park Tower and Elibank Tower (of construction Phase-1), and Layards Tower and Davidson Tower (of construction Phase-2), were completed as at early 2017 with 22 floors each, and is currently occupied by residents. Phase-3 is currently under construction, and will consist of the Stratford Tower and Melford Tower, with 28 floors each. [7] [8] Piling for Phase-4 was done with Phase-3 to expedite development. Both phases is estimated to cost over US$ 130 million. [9]
At a cost of US$ 166 million, the 46-storey commercial skyscraper will have 600,000 sq ft (56,000 m2) of office space and 200,000 sq ft (19,000 m2) for the shopping mall. The ground-breaking ceremony for the commercial component was ceremonially conducted on 29 December 2016 with the auspices of S. P. Tao, the chairman of Overseas Realty, along with other dignitaries such as ministers Mangala Samaraweera and Champika Ranawaka. [6] [10]
East China Architecture Design and Research Institute (ECADI) and Design Group Five International of Sri Lanka are the leading architects of the project. Havelock City is developed and managed by Mireka Capital Land (Pvt) Ltd, a fully own subsidiary of Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC. [9]
The project is being built on a single 7 ha (18-acre) site, once the premises of the Wellawatta Spinning and Weaving Mills. Prior to construction commencing, the land was the largest cleared land in Colombo. [11]

The Havelock City Bridge is a 37 m (120 ft) beam bridge which connects the Havelock City premises at the southeast of the bridge, to Skelton Road in the northwest. The bridge's ground-breaking ceremony was held 4 September 2008, [20] and completed in late 2012. The bridge was constructed by the Sri Lankan engineering firm International Construction Consortium at a cost of US$ 1.27 million.

Majestic City, traded as C T Land Development PLC, is a seven-storey commercial and shopping complex, located in Bambalapitiya, a suburb of Colombo, near the Bambalapitiya Railway Station.
Cargills Square is a shopping mall in the city of Jaffna in northern Sri Lanka. The mall is located in the heart of the city at the junction of Hospital Street and Mahathma Gandhi Road, opposite Jaffna Hospital. Work on the Rs.500 million shopping and entertainment complex started in September 2011. The mall opened in the last quarter of 2013. The mall was designed by the Colombo based MMGS Architects.
One Galle Face is a mixed-use complex of buildings near the Galle Face Green in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is also Sri Lanka's first internationally and developed and managed mixed use project and was officially opened on 8 November 2019. The facility consists of four skyscrapers, one which will be open for businesses to set up offices, two for the residential component, and the fourth as part of a hotel. A shopping mall is also part of the project. The premises in its entirety is owned by Shangri-La.

C T Holdings PLC, formerly known as Ceylon Theatres Limited, is an investment holding company and one of the largest conglomerates in Sri Lanka. The company was incorporated in 1928 by Chittampalam A. Gardiner and quoted on the Colombo Stock Exchange ever since. In 2019, Brand Finance ranked C T Holdings eighth amongst the most valuable conglomerates in Sri Lanka with a brand value of LKR18,981 million. C T Holdings also ranked eighth in the LMD 100, a list of leading listed companies in Sri Lanka by the business magazine, LMD. The company holds a 71% stake in Sri Lanka's largest food company, Cargills (Ceylon).
City of Dreams Sri Lanka, formerly branded as Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, is the first integrated resort in Sri Lanka and the largest private investment in the country. Sri Lankan-British architect, Cecil Balmond designed the resort while Hyundai Engineering & Construction is the main contractor. The construction of the resort began in 2014. All the buildings in the resort topped off in May 2019. Even though the resort was originally planned to be completed by 2018, the project got delayed several times due to various reasons. John Keells started handing over keys to the suites apartments in August 2021. With the handing over of residential and commercial units, revenue recognition started at Cinnamon Life. The remainder of the project is scheduled to be launched in a phased manner, in the second half of 2024. In April 2024, John Keells Holdings announced an agreement with Melco Resorts & Entertainment to operate the gaming facility of Cinnamon Life Resort. Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams Sri Lanka, the 687-room luxury hotel within the resort, was declared on 15 October 2024.
Access Engineering PLC is a Sri Lankan civil engineering company engaged in the construction industry and supply of construction-related services and materials. The company is one of the constituents of the S&P Sri Lanka 20 Index. The company was founded in 2001, and in 2012 was listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange. In 2019, for the third consecutive year, the company was named amongst the ten "Best Corporate Citizens in the Country" by the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce. Currently, the company is constructing the largest condominium in Sri Lanka, with 1,068 units. Following the news that the Cabinet of Sri Lanka had granted the LKR 9.34 billion housing project in Elliot Road, Borella, the company's share price rose by five-fold.
Overseas Realty (Ceylon) PLC is the largest listed real estate company in Sri Lanka. The company is the developer and the proprietor of World Trade Center Colombo and Havelock City. The company was incorporated in 1980 and was listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange in 1982. The company is ranked amongst the LMD 100, moving 17 positions up to number 76 for the fiscal year 2019/20.
Renuka Holdings PLC, also called Renuka Group, is a conglomerate company in Sri Lanka. Ceylonese businessman Alfred Thambiyah laid the foundations of the Renuka Group by acquiring the Crago Boat Dispatch Company in 1936 and establishing Renuka Hotel, named after his youngest daughter Indu Renuka in 1969. Indu Renuka Rajiyah founded Renuka Enterprises in 1975, and Renuka Holdings in 1979 marked the formal beginning of the group. Renuka Holdings went public in 2008 and following the listing on the Colombo Stock Exchange, the company pursued a growth strategy. Renuka Holdings is one of the LMD 100 companies in Sri Lanka and also one of the 20 largest conglomerates in Sri Lanka.
