Cash Out is a 2024 American action film directed by Ives, [4] written by Dipo Oseni and Doug Richardson, and starring John Travolta, Kristin Davis, Lukas Haas, and Quavo.

"Professional thief Mason attempts his biggest heist with his brother, robbing a bank. When it goes wrong, they're trapped inside surrounded by law enforcement. Tension rises as Mason negotiates with his ex-lover, the lead negotiator". [5]
The film begins with Mason and his partner Amelia executing a car theft at a private plane exhibition. After a police chase, Amelia reveals her true identity as an undercover FBI agent, impedes the theft and Mason decides to retire.
Three months later, his brother Shawn convinces Mason to take part in a bank robbery. After taking hostages, Mason and Shawn discover that the bank vault they seek is a trap set by the FBI. Shawn reveals that he and his crew are after a hard drive contains millions dollar worth of cryptocurrency from a rich woman. They force the bank manager to open the vault but it is turned out to be a decoy and the manager reveals that even himself does not know where the real vault contains the hard drive is.
As the situation escalates, Mason learns about the vault belonging to crime lord Abel Salazar and the hard drive contains not just the large sum of cryptocurrency but also incriminating evidences of high-ranking US officials. Mason then decides to use the drive to blackmail the authority to let his crew escape. The military, under Salazar's influence, demands the hostages to be released, but Mason refuses to surrender. He and his crew manage to discover the hidden vault of Salazar and Mason orders his hacker, Link to hack it. Mason then releases the hostages one by one and asks his crew to surrender as well but only he and Link remains in the vault. He detonates explosives in the bank, leading everyone to believe he and his accomplice Link are killed in the explosion.
Amelia resigns from her job and goes to the island for vacation and meets Mason there. It is turned out that Amelia never betrayed the crew to begin with. The failed car thief was a false flag operation to trick the FBI to think that Amelia was on their side so Mason could have a mole within the FBI. Furthermore, it also turned out that during the stand off in the bank vault, Mason demanded to see Salazar's lawyer and blackmailed him to transfer 500 millions USD to his crew and new identities for all of them. Salazar's lawyer reluctantly agreed and Mason and his crew with the money retired in luxury from their life of crime.
