Castle Point Anime Convention (abbreviated as CPAC) is an annual two-day anime convention held during April/May at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, New Jersey. [5] The convention was previously organized by the Stevens Institute of Technology's Stevens Anime Club, and was located on campus for several years. [6] [7]
The convention typically offers an Artist's Alley, card games, dance, dealers' room, masquerade, musical performances, panels, video games, and workshops. [1] [6] [8] [9]

Hoboken is a city in Hudson County in the U.S. state of New Jersey. Hoboken is part of the New York metropolitan area and is the site of Hoboken Terminal, a major transportation hub. As of the 2020 United States census, the city's population was 60,419, an increase of 10,414 (+20.8%) from the 2010 census count of 50,005, which in turn reflected an increase of 11,428 (+29.6%) from the 38,577 counted in the 2000 census. The Census Bureau's Population Estimates Program calculated that the city's population was 57,703 in 2022, ranking the city as the 688th-most-populous in the country. With more than 42,400 inhabitants per square mile (16,400/km2) in data from the 2010 census, Hoboken was ranked as the third-most densely populated municipality in the United States among cities with a population above 50,000. In the 2020 census, the city's population density climbed to more than 48,300 inhabitants per square mile (18,600/km2) of land, ranked fourth in the county behind Guttenberg, Union City and West New York.
Stevens Institute of Technology is a private research university in Hoboken, New Jersey. Founded in 1870, it is one of the oldest technological universities in the United States and was the first college in America solely dedicated to mechanical engineering. The 55-acre campus encompasses Castle Point, the highest point in Hoboken, a campus green and 43 academic, student and administrative buildings.
Secaucus Junction is an intermodal transit hub operated by New Jersey Transit in Secaucus, New Jersey. It is one of the busiest railway stations in North America.
Hoboken Terminal is a commuter-oriented intermodal passenger station in Hoboken, Hudson County, New Jersey. No Brand Con is an annual three-day anime convention held during September at the Holiday Inn Stevens Point - Convention Ctr in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. The convention was founded by members of the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire Anime Appreciation Society. No Brand Con's name was derived from the closing credits theme of the anime Here Is Greenwood.
Tekko is an annual four-day anime convention held during July at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The convention has been held in various locations around the Pittsburgh metropolitan area and is run by a non-profit organization, the Pittsburgh Japanese Culture Society (PJCS). Tekkoshocon's name was a blend of the Japanese word tekkosho, meaning steel mill, and adapting the suffix "-con", which is a common nomenclature archetype among such conventions.

Youmacon's creation was inspired by other conventions including Anime Central and Ohayocon, with the convention's name coming from the Japanese word for demon or ghost. Founded by Morgan Kollin in 2005, it is the largest anime/gaming convention in Michigan. Midwest Media Expo was the convention's sister event.

The Meadowlands Rail Line, branded as the BetMGM Meadowlands Rail Line as part of a naming rights agreement, is a rail line in New Jersey, United States, operated by NJ Transit Rail Operations (NJT). There is limited service on the line, with trains only operating in conjunction with major events.
