Charise Matthaei (born 19 October 2000) is a German ice dancer. With her former skating partner, Maximilian Pfisterer, she is a two-time German national junior champion and competed in the final segment at two World Junior Championships (2018, 2019). [1] They placed 11th at the 2016 Winter Youth Olympics in Hamar, Norway. [2] Since May 2022 she competes with her skating partner, Max Liebers, at the senior level in ice dance. With Liebers, she is a two-time German national champion (2023–24).
Matthaei/Pfisterer teamed up in August 2015 and split in 2019. Then she retired from competitive skating in 2019, but came back to skate with Liebers in May 2022.

Tessa Jane McCormick Virtue is a Canadian retired ice dancer. With ice dance partner Scott Moir, she is the 2010 and 2018 Olympic champion, the 2014 Olympic silver medallist, a three-time World champion, a three-time Four Continents champion, the 2016–17 Grand Prix Final champion, an eight-time Canadian National champion, the 2006 World Junior champion and the 2006 Junior Grand Prix gold medallists. Virtue and Moir are also the 2018 Olympic gold medallists in the team event and the 2014 Olympic silver medallists in the team event. Upon winning their third Olympic gold medal, they became the most decorated Canadian ice dance team of all time and the most decorated Olympic figure skaters of all time. Widely regarded as one of the greatest ice dance teams of all time, they are the only ice dancers in history to achieve a Super Slam, having won all major international competitions in their senior and junior careers. Virtue and Moir are holders of the world record score for the now-defunct original dance.

Madison Hubbell is an American former ice dancer. She competed with Zachary Donohue from 2011 to 2022. Madison La'akea Te-Lan Hall Chock is an American ice dancer. With her husband and skating partner, Evan Bates, she is a 2022 Olympic gold medalist in the team event, the 2023 and 2024 World champion, two times Grand Prix Final champion, a three-time Four Continents champion, a twenty-time ISU Grand Prix medalist, ten-time ISU Challenger Series medalist, and a five-time U.S. national champion. Natalia Kaliszek is a retired Polish ice dancer. With her skating partner, Maksym Spodyriev, she has won medals on the ISU Challenger Series, including gold at the 2017 CS Tallinn Trophy, and eight Polish national titles. They have represented Poland at the 2018 and 2022 Winter Olympics, as well as the European and World championships. At the junior level, they placed in the top ten at the 2015 Junior Worlds.
Gabriella Maria Papadakis is a retired French ice dancer. With former partner, Guillaume Cizeron, she is a 2022 Olympic champion, 2018 Olympic silver medalist, a five-time World champion, a five-time consecutive European champion (2015–2019), the 2017 and 2019 Grand Prix Final champion, and a seven-time French national champion. They have won ten gold medals on the Grand Prix series. Earlier in their career, they won silver at the 2012 Junior Grand Prix Final and at the 2013 World Junior Championships.

The 2022–23 figure skating season began on July 1, 2022, and ended on June 30, 2023. During this season, elite skaters competed at the ISU Championship level at the 2023 European Championships, Four Continents Championships, World Junior Championships, and World Championships. They also competed at elite events such as the ISU Challenger Series as well as the Grand Prix and Junior Grand Prix series, culminating at the Grand Prix Final.
