Chelsea is a historic home located in Delaware City, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1848 by Thomas Clark, and is a three-story, three-bay-square brick block with a low, almost flat, hipped roof surmounted by a widow's walk. It is in a regional variation of the Italianate / Greek Revival style. It has a low, one-story wing at the east side, a wide, one-story glass-enclosed front porch and a large, two-story addition to the rear of the house. [2]

Congregational Church of Chelsea

The United Church of Chelsea, previously the Congregational Church of Chelsea, is a historic church on Chelsea Green in Chelsea, Vermont. Built 1811-13 with later stylistic additions, it is a fine example of Federal period architecture with Greek Revival alterations. Originally built for a Congregationalist group, it now serves as a union church, affiliated with the United Church of Christ. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.

The rectory is a two-story, three bay brick and cast stone building constructed in 1954. It is connected to the church by a one-story hyphen. St. Joseph's is associated with the Josephite Fathers and the work they did to establish community services for the Wilmington African American community dating from the late-1880s. The current complex was built to replace the previous church and rectory destroyed by a fire in 1945.

St. Mary's School is a historic Roman Catholic school building at 502 Pine Street in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1866 to serve children of parishioners of the adjacent St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church. It housed a parochial school until 1979, after which it was occupied by the Elementary Workshop Montessori School. It is a three-story, five bay by four bay, brick structure with a low hipped roof in the Italianate style. It features a wooden box cornice around the entire roof line.

Teddy's Tavern, originally called the Blue Hen Garage, is a historic tavern located at Ellendale, Sussex County, Delaware, USA. It was built about 1923, as a service station catering to motorists on the newly constructed Du Pont Highway. It was converted into a roadside tavern in 1937. It is a one-story, polychrome brick building with a low-pitched gable roof, low parapet, and exposed rafter ends in a Mission/Spanish Revival style. It has a flat-roofed "porch" supported by four massive brick and concrete conical columns. The interior consists of a package store, dining areas and a labyrinth of service rooms. It is one of the few surviving service stations or roadside taverns remaining from the pre-1940 era in Delaware.

Burton Hardware Store, also known as Burton Brothers Hardware Store, was a historic commercial building located at Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built about 1900, and was a two-story, roughly square, frame structure. It had a low-pitched roof and was partially sheathed in sheet metal imitations of rusticated cement blocks. The front facade featured an elaborate pressed metal cornice.

Coursey, a prominent figure in 19th century Kent County.
