Chubin (Persian : چوبين‎, also Romanized as Chūbīn; also known as Chubāīn and Chūbāyen)^[1] is a village in Kah Rural District, Central District, Davarzan County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 232, in 66 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Kah Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Central, Davarzan County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,531, in 2,550 families; excluding those villages, the population was 4,019, in 1,245 families. The rural district has 9 villages; eight villages noted in 2006 were re-assigned to Mehr Rural District.

The Central District of Davarzan County is a district (bakhsh) in Davarzan County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 12,470, in 3,774 families. The District has one city: Davarzan. The district was created effective 15 May 2012. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Kah Rural District and Mazinan Rural District.
