The American Theological Library Association (Atla) is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3), professional association, headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, United States. Atla's member libraries and librarians provide resources for scholarly research to tens of thousands of students, faculty, staff, and administrators. The association supports the membership with services and products, including an annual conference, members-only publications and discounts, and professional development opportunities.
Tradition: A Journal of Orthodox Jewish Thought is a quarterly Orthodox Jewish peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Rabbinical Council of America. It covers a range of topics including philosophy and theology, history, law, and ethics. It was established in 1958 by the founding editor-in-chief Norman Lamm. He was succeeded by Walter Wurzburger (1962-1988), Emanuel Feldman (1988-2001), Michael Shmidman (2001-2004), and Shalom Carmy (2004-2019). Jeffrey Saks was named the journal's sixth editor in January 2019.

Horizons: The Journal of the College Theology Society is a biannual peer-reviewed academic journal established in 1974 and published by Cambridge University Press on behalf of the College Theology Society. The Journal is based at Villanova University. While rooted in the Catholic tradition of "faith seeking understanding", the journal covers a range of topics in theology and religious studies, including Catholic theology, as well as Christianity and religious experience more generally. His field of academic research deals with philosophical theology and seventeenth-century philosophy, particularly Gottfried Leibniz.

The Centre for the Study of World Christianity (CSWC) is a research centre based in New College, the School of Divinity at the University of Edinburgh. It was founded in the University of Aberdeen by Andrew F. Walls as the Centre for the Study of Christianity in the Non-Western World in 1982, but later moved by Walls to the University of Edinburgh in 1986. Its current name was adopted in 2009. The centre is currently directed by Alexander Chow and Emma Wild-Wood.
World Christianity or global Christianity has been defined both as a term that attempts to convey the global nature of the Christian religion and an academic field of study that encompasses analysis of the histories, practices, and discourses of Christianity as a world religion and its various forms as they are found on the six continents. However, the term often focuses on "non-Western Christianity" which "comprises instances of Christian faith in 'the global South', in Asia, Africa, and Latin America." It also includes Indigenous or diasporic forms of Christianity in the Caribbean, South America, Western Europe, and North America.

Clark expanded the study of early Christianity and was a strong advocate for women, pioneering the application of modern theories such as feminist theory, social network theory, and literary criticism to ancient sources.

Hill's research focuses on World Christianity but he is also known for his work on biblical egalitarianism and women theologians of global Christianity. He has published in the areas of missiology, applied theology, and global and ecumenical approaches to missional ecclesiology.
