Clinton Hotel Miami Beach or The New Clinton Hotel And Spa is an Art Deco hotel located in Miami Beach, Florida.
Clinton Hotel Miami Beach was originally built in 1934 by architect Charles Neidler. The Clinton Hotel was renovated in 2004 by designer Eric Raffy. The total cost of the renovation was $12 million. The New Clinton Hotel and Spa is in the heart of Miami's South Beach.

The Miami Biltmore Hotel is a luxury hotel in Coral Gables, Florida, United States. It was designed by Schultze and Weaver and was built in 1926 by John McEntee Bowman and George Merrick as part of the Biltmore hotel chain. The tower is inspired by the Giralda, the medieval tower of the cathedral of Seville. When completed it became the tallest building in Florida at 315 feet (96 m) holding the record until 1928 when the Dade County Courthouse was built. At one time, the pool was the largest pool in the world and employed swimming instructor Johnny Weissmuller. It served as a hospital during World War II and as a VA Hospital and campus of the University of Miami medical school until 1968. Abandoned for many years it became a hotel again in 1987.

The Adler Hotel, also known as the Hotel Adler, was a 150-room, five-story hotel in Sharon Springs, New York, that operated from 1929 until 2004. Known for its therapeutic sulfur spa, it catered primarily to a Jewish clientele who travelled to Sharon Springs in the summers. It was kosher, with two kitchens. It was built in the Spanish Colonial Revival style and was adjacent to the Pavilion Hotel, which had been a summer destination for guests such as the Vanderbilts, Rensselaers, and Oscar Wilde. Ed Koch worked as a busboy at the Adler Hotel in 1946. When Steven Spielberg was preparing for Schindler's List, he interviewed survivors staying at the hotel.

The Carillon Hotel & Spa complex includes The Carillon Hotel & Spa North Tower, the 20 floor The Carillon Hotel & Spa South Tower, The Carillon Hotel building located between The Carillon Hotel & Spa Towers on Collins Avenue, as well as the proposed Golden Sands Canyon Ranch proposed to be built north of The Carillon Hotel & Spa North Tower. The old Golden Sands Hotel and Lounge is being demolished to make way for the new Golden Sands building. The 15-story Carillion Hotel building was built in 1955 but was vacant for 15 years until it was renovated in 2007 and became part of the Canyon Ranch complex. The 22 floor The Carillon Hotel & Spa South Tower is 257 feet tall and was completed in 2008. The tallest building, the north tower of The Carillon Hotel & Spa is 37 floors and 121 meters tall, was completed in 2008 and is one of the tallest buildings in Miami Beach. The Carillon Hotel & Spa North Tower looks like two separate, connected towers, but both are the North Tower building.

This included more than 20,000 rental apartments.
