Conducting from the Grave was an American deathcore band, formed in 2003 in Sacramento, California.
Conducting from the Grave was formed in the fall of 2003, [1] from members and ex-members of local Sacramento bands With Passion, Promising Tomorrow and others. After releasing one demo Breathe The Blackened Sky in 2004, and one EP Trials of the Forsaken in 2005, the band members decided to join the powers with the members of another project in 2005 and Conducting from the Grave ceased to exist. [1] However, in 2007 the band came back together and in 2008 they were signed on the Sumerian Records. [1] [2] In 2009, they released their debut album called When Legends Become Dust. In 2010, they released the follow-up called Revenants . [3] In 2013, they band decided to leave the Sumerian Records and started their own campaign on the Kickstarter to release their self-titled album. [4]

An Angle was an American indie rock band from Sacramento, California. At the center of this group was singer-songwriter Kris Anaya. The band signed to Drive-Thru Records in September 2004. In March 2007, the band went on a tour of the US, leading up to June 12, 2007, release of The Truth Is That You Are Alive. On November 15, 2007, a music video was released for "Clean and Gold". In April 2008, the band appeared at the Bamboozle Left festival. On Monday, July 20, 2008, Matt Sergent announced via the group's Myspace page that the members of An Angle had decided to go their separate ways. In April 2013, it was announced that An Angle would be playing a reunion show for Sacramento's Launch Festival Kick Off Party 2013.

The group's lineup currently consists of Gruber (drums), Jacob Schmidt, Josh Welshman (vocals), and Vaughn Stoffey (guitar). The band is known for their very brutal, abrasive and intricate style of death metal, while at the same time maintaining almost jazz fusion style influences. Defeated Sanity's genre has also sometimes been categorized as progressive death metal.
Sea of Treachery is an American metalcore/deathcore band from Hebron, Kentucky, United States, formed in 2004. Since forming, they have released three EPs and two full-length studio albums, the first being At Daggers Drawn, which was released on April 29, 2008 on Sumerian Records, and the second being Wonderland, released on December 14, 2010 on Blkheart Group. The digital version of Wonderland, featuring a bonus track, was released January 4, 2011. In early 2012, the band had reformed with the original line-up who were on the At Daggers Drawn record, played a reunion show in Newport, Kentucky, and have also announced more shows around the tri-state area.

September Mourning is an American alternative metal band that incorporates a transmedia dark culture project created by Emily Lazar and Marc Silvestri. The conceptual project was formed by frontwoman, vocalist, and screamer Emily Lazar in New York in 2009. The concept narrative created by Lazar and incorporated in the band and their performances, centers around the fictional story of a human-grim reaper hybrid named September, as she navigates the worlds of the living and the dead. The character's human-side possesses the empathy to give some human souls a second chance. The story is presented on different media platforms, including music, comic books, and live concerts. The comic books are published by Top Cow Productions Image Comics.
