Congophiloscia is a genus of crustacean isopods, in the family Philosciidae. [1]
Philosciidae are a family of woodlice. They occur almost everywhere on earth, with most species found in (sub)tropical America, Africa and Oceania, and only a few in the Holarctic.
Congophiloscia annobonensis is a species of land crustacean isopods, in the family Philosciidae. The species was named by Helmut Schmalfuss and Franco Ferrara in 1978. The species is endemic to the island of Annobón in Equatorial Guinea.
