Conor O. Burke is a baseball coach and former outfielder, who is the current head baseball coach of the Iona Gaels. He played college baseball at Suffolk County Community College and Guilford Technical Community College before transferring to Queens where he played from 2011 to 2012.
Burke attended St. Dominic High School, in Oyster Bay, New York, and played college baseball at Suffolk County Community College and Guilford Technical Community College. As a sophomore at Guilford Tech, Burke batted .194 with one homerun and 2 RBI. [1] For his final two years of college baseball, Burke transferred to Queens College. As a junior, Burke batted .252 with one homerun and 12 RBI. [2]
Immediately following the conclusion of his playing career, Burke joined the coaching staff of his alma mater, Queens College. For the 2014 season, Burke joined the staff at Concordia College (New York). He made another move prior to the start of the 2015 season, joining Adelphi University working with their infielders and outfielders. [3] He landed his first NCAA Division I job in the summer of 2015, joining Steve Trimper's staff at Maine. When Trimper left for Stetson the following summer, new head coach Nick Derba retained Burke on his staff. On August 29, 2019, he joined the coaching staff at Dartmouth. [4]
On August 19, 2021, Burke was named the head baseball coach of the Iona Gaels. [5] [6]

Guilford College is a private liberal arts college in Greensboro, North Carolina. Guilford has both traditional students and students who attend its Center for Continuing Education (CCE). Founded in 1837 by members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), Guilford's program offerings include such majors as Peace and Conflict Studies and Community and Justice Studies, both rooted in the college's history as a Quaker institution. John Kaleo is a former American football quarterback in the Arena Football League (AFL) for the Albany Firebirds (1993), Cleveland Thunderbolts (1994), St. Louis Stampede (1995–1996), Anaheim Piranhas (1997), San Jose SaberCats (1997), New England Sea Wolves (1999), Tampa Bay Storm, Austin Wranglers (2004), Los Angeles Avengers (2005), and Columbus Destroyers (2006). He won ArenaBowl XVII with the Storm in 2003. He retired from playing after the 2007 season, and is currently the offensive coordinator for the Tampa Bay Storm. Prior to this role, he was quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator at Iona College in New Rochelle, New York.
The Iona Gaels are the athletics teams of Iona University, in New Rochelle, New York. They compete in the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) and participate in 21 NCAA Division I programs.
Jared Christopher Mitchell is an American former professional baseball outfielder. He was drafted by the Chicago White Sox in the first round of the 2009 Major League Baseball draft. He played college baseball at LSU, where he was the College World Series Most Outstanding Player in 2009.

Timothy Scott Wheeler is an American former professional baseball outfielder. He was drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the first round, 32nd overall, of the 2009 Major League Baseball draft. He played college baseball at Sacramento State.
The Wachusett Dirt Dawgs were a collegiate summer baseball team playing in the Futures Collegiate Baseball League of New England based in Leominster, Massachusetts. They played their home games at Historic Doyle Field in Leominster, Mass. 2012–2017. They were an expansion team for the FCBL and played their inaugural season in 2012.
Monte Wesley Lee is an American baseball coach, who is the associate head coach/hitting coach for the South Carolina Gamecocks. He played college baseball for the Charleston Cougars from 1996 to 1999. He then served as the head coach of the College of Charleston Cougars (2009–2015). Under Lee, the Cougars reached four NCAA tournaments, including one NCAA Super Regional. As the head coach of the Clemson Tigers (2016–2022), his teams made four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances and was nationally ranked in the top 25 in total wins (2016-2022). In addition, the Tigers won the ACC Conference Championship (2016) and regular season title (2018).
