The Manhattan Jaspers baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Manhattan College in the Bronx, New York. [2] The team is a member of the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I. Its home venue is Clover Stadium, located in Pomona, New York, approximately 40 miles outside New York City. The Jaspers are coached by David Miller.

Venues

From 2015 to 2019, the Jaspers played its home games in Dutchess Stadium in Fishkill, New York. In 2020, the Jaspers announced that they would be returning to Van Cortlandt Park for all home games in 2021. [3] By 2022, the Jaspers moved to Clover Stadium. [4] [5] [6]

They are one of three Frontier League franchises located in the New York metropolitan area; the others being the New Jersey Jackals and Sussex County Miners. Clover Stadium is a baseball park in Pomona, New York. It is the home field of the New York Boulders of the independent Frontier League. It has a seating capacity of 6,362 and it opened on June 16, 2011. The stadium is also home to two college baseball teams: the St. Thomas Aquinas College Spartans baseball team, who began playing all their home games at the venue in the spring of 2012; and the Manhattan College Jaspers men's baseball team since 2022.

The Wagner Seahawks baseball team is a varsity intercollegiate athletic team of Wagner College in Staten Island, New York, United States. The team has been a member of the Northeast Conference, which is part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association's Division I, since 1987. Wagner College's first baseball team was first fielded in 1945. The Seahawks are coached by Craig Noto. The Seahawks have won one Northeast Conference baseball tournament and one Northeast Conference regular season championship, in 2000 and 2009 respectively. Wagner has appeared in the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship once, in 2000.

Michael J. Cole is an American college baseball coach and former third baseman, who is the current associate head baseball coach for the Army Black Knights. Cole played college baseball at the University of Vermont from 1998 to 2001 for coach Bill Currier. He also served as the head coach of the NJIT Highlanders (2011–2012) and the Manhattan Jaspers (2018–2022)
