Craig Ver Steeg (born September 11, 1960) is an American football coach who most recently was the running backs coach for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League (NFL). He also served as an assistant coach at the college level for Utah, Rutgers and Harvard.
After a few years coaching at his former high school, Ver Steeg began his collegiate coaching career at his alma mater, USC, as a graduate assistant. [1] [2]
In 1986, Ver Steeg joined the Utes’ staff as a graduate assistant, [1] mostly working with quarterbacks. He continued to coach them his entire tenure with Utah. In 1988 he was given the additional title of recruiting coordinator.
In 1990 Ver Steeg became a member of the Bearcats staff as the team’s wide receivers coach. In 1991 he added the title of recruiting coordinator. In 1992 he switched from coaching the wide receivers to the quarterbacks while retaining his role as the team’s recruiting coordinator. [3]
In 1994 and 1995 Ver Steeg worked as the Harvard Crimson's passing game coordinator, quarterbacks coach, wide receivers coach, and recruiting coordinator. [3]
In 1996 Ver Steeg got his first taste coaching at the NFL level as he worked for the Chicago Bears, as an offensive assistant and quality control coach. [4]
From 1997 to 2000, Ver Steeg worked as the quarterbacks coach and recruiting coordinator for the Illini. [5] [4]
In 2001 Ver Steeg was finally given control over an offense, being made the Utes offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach [6] [7] a position he held until the end of the 2002 season.
In 2003 Ver Steeg joined Greg Schiano’s staff [8] at Rutgers [9] as the offensive coordinator [10] and quarterbacks coach a position he was in until 2005. In 2006 he was made the team’s co-offensive coordinator and running backs coach. In 2007 he had the role of running backs coach coaching All-American Ray Rice.
In 2008 Ver Steeg returned to the NFL, joining John Harbaugh’s Ravens staff as an offensive assistant. [11] He previously coached with Harbaugh in Cincinnati. [3] In 2011 he added the additional title of quarterbacks coach. In 2012 it was announced that he would be working as the team’s senior offensive assistant. [1] Ver Steeg won his first Super Bowl title when the Ravens defeated the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII. [12] In 2019 he added to the senior offensive role as it was announced he would also be working with running backs. In 2021, Ver Steeg was named the Ravens’ running backs coach. [13] [14] He was let go from Ravens after the 2022 season.
Ver Steeg and his wife, Lisa, have a son.

James Caldwell is an American football coach who is a senior assistant for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He previously served as the head coach of the Indianapolis Colts from 2009 to 2011 and Detroit Lions from 2014 to 2017. As an assistant coach, Caldwell was the assistant head coach and quarterbacks coach for the Colts team that won Super Bowl XLI and the offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens team that won Super Bowl XLVII.
Malcolm "Cam" Cameron is an American football coach. He is the former offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach of the LSU Tigers football program. Cameron attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana and played quarterback for the school. Cameron began his coaching career in the NCAA with the Michigan Wolverines. After that he switched to the National Football League (NFL), where he was offensive coordinator for the Baltimore Ravens and the San Diego Chargers and head coach for the Miami Dolphins, coaching them to a 1–15 record in his only season.

Jack Avon Harbaugh is an American football coach and former player. He served as the head football coach at Western Michigan University from 1982 to 1986 and Western Kentucky University from 1989 to 2002, compiling a career college football head coaching record of 116–95–3. In his final year at Western Kentucky, he led the 2002 Hilltoppers to an NCAA Division I-AA Football Championship title. In 2023, Harbaugh came out of retirement to become assistant head coach of the Michigan Wolverines under his son Jim and helped lead the team to win the 2024 College Football Playoff National Championship.

David Lorenzo Shaw is an American football coach. He served as head coach of the Stanford Cardinal football team from 2011 to 2022. Shaw was the team's offensive coordinator for the entire tenure of his predecessor, head coach Jim Harbaugh, from 2007 to 2010. Previously, Shaw was a four-year letter winner as a wide receiver for the Cardinal from 1991 to 1994, where he was coached by Dennis Green and Bill Walsh. Prior to returning to Stanford as offensive coordinator, Shaw was Harbaugh's passing game coordinator at the University of San Diego and an assistant coach in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles, Oakland Raiders, and Baltimore Ravens. Shaw resigned as the Stanford head coach on November 27, 2022.

He has worked as a football coach at several other National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) institutions, including The University of Nebraska, Montana State University and Portland State University. Christianson coached the offensive line in 2002-2003 as a member of Jon Gruden's staff and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, winning Super Bowl XXXVII (37). Christianson played tight-end and offensive lineman at Western Oregon University.

Greg Harbaugh Jr. is an American college football coach. He is the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for the University of Minnesota, a position he has held since 2023. He played college football for Averett as a quarterback and wide receiver. He also coached for North Carolina Wesleyan, Methodist, Marietta, Western Michigan, and Chattanooga.
