The cycling competition at the 2014 Central American and Caribbean Games was held in Veracruz, Mexico.
The road cycling tournament was scheduled to be held on 16 and 23 November on the Xalapa-Coatepec Route. The track cycling tournament was scheduled to be held from 17 to 21 November at the Velodrome in Xalapa. The mountain cycling tournament was scheduled to be held on 15 November at the Coatepec Mountain Circuit. The bmx cycling tournament was scheduled to be held on 22 November at Natura park.

Track cycling is a bicycle racing sport usually held on specially built banked tracks or velodromes using purpose-designed track bicycles.
The 2012–2013 UCI Track Cycling World Cup is a multi race tournament over a track cycling. It was the twenty-first series of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup organised by the Union Cycliste Internationale. The series ran from 11 October 2012 to 19 January 2013 and consisted of three rounds in Cali, Glasgow and Aguascalientes.

The BMX events were held at Villa Carolina, the mountain biking events were held at the Pista Pelicanos, the road cycling events were held at Dapa Mall, Palmira and Buga and the track cycling events were held at the Velódromo Alcides Nieto Patiño

The 2019 Pan American Track Cycling Championships took place at the Velodrome of the Sports Training Center (CEFED) in Cochabamba, Bolivia, from 4 to 8 September 2019.
