"Dance with Somebody" is a song by the alternative rock band Mando Diao. It was released in January 2009 as the lead single from their album, Give Me Fire . A segment of the song was the theme song for the twelfth season of Dancing With The Stars .
The music video was directed by Matt Wignall and Vern Moen.

In 2014, the song was covered by German heavy metal band Iron Savior as a surprise track on their album Rise of the Hero . Vocalist/guitarist Piet Sielck explained that the band originally intended the song to be a bonus track for their limited edition release. He addressed why it never came to be:
"we simply liked it too much and finally decided to make it a regular album track." [18]
"Belly Dancer (Bananza)" is the fourth single from R&B singer Akon's debut studio album, Trouble. "Belly Dancer (Bananza)" peaked at number 30 on the Billboard Hot 100. Outside of the United States, "Belly Dancer (Bananza)" peaked within the top ten of the charts in the United Kingdom. The song samples "The Lunatics (Have Taken Over the Asylum)" by Fun Boy Three and "Body Rock" by Treacherous Three, and borrows from the chorus of "For What It's Worth" by Buffalo Springfield. It was used in the 2009 teen comedy film Fired Up!. A remix of the track, featuring Kardinal Offishall, was later included as a B-side to "Pot of Gold".
"Mr. Rock & Roll" is a song by Scottish singer-songwriter Amy Macdonald. The song is the first track on Macdonald's debut album, This Is the Life. It was her first full single after the limited online release of "Poison Prince" and was released physically in the United Kingdom on 16 July 2007.
"The Nights" is a song by Swedish DJ and record producer Avicii, featuring uncredited vocals from singer/songwriter Nicholas Furlong. On 1 December 2014, it was released as a digital download by PRMD Music and Universal Island on Avicii's The Days / Nights EP, then on 11 January 2015 in the United Kingdom. The song peaked at number six on the UK Singles Chart and number one on the UK Dance Chart. On 23 January 2015, Avicii released "The Nights ", his own remix of the song. "Supergirl" is the debut single from the German band Reamonn. The song is from their first studio album Tuesday. It was written by the complete band and produced by Steve Lyon. The single was released on 27 March 2000 by Virgin Schallplatten and was later certified Gold in Germany.
"Dance!" is a song credited to Goleo VI featuring Lumidee and Fatman Scoop. It is included on the FIFA World Cup 2006 soundtrack album and contains Scorccio sample replays of the chorus of Whitney Houston's "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" and beats from the Coolie Dance riddim, both produced by Mark Summers.

The song was written by Earl King, Mike Caren, soFLY & Nius, Flo Rida, Axwell, Breyan Isaac, Antonio "Jovii Hendrix" Mobley and produced by soFLY & Nius and Axwell. Part two of the song features American rapper Lil Wayne and is featured on the soundtrack of the football video game FIFA 13. It was also performed on the 2012 edition of the WWE Tribute to the Troops event. Part one also appears as DLC in Dance Central 3, which was released on 2012. The song appeared on The CW TV Now promo.
"Changes" is a song by French electronic duo Faul & Wad Ad. It was released in November 2013 as a single and reached number-one in Belgium and Germany, while it also reached the top 10 in many other European countries, including the top 3 in the United Kingdom. The song samples the refrain of Australian electronic duo Pnau's song "Baby", which itself was a top 40 hit in Australia. It was used in an advert for the Mercedes C-Class, while the refrain was also used in the video game Gran Turismo 5.
"Shot Me Down" is a song by French house music producer and DJ David Guetta, featuring vocals from American singer Skylar Grey. The song was released on 20 January 2014 as a digital download. It was produced by David Guetta and Giorgio Tuinfort, with additional production from Ralph Wegner. "Shot Me Down" peaked at number six on the French Singles Chart. Outside France, "Shot Me Down" peaked within the top ten of the charts in Australia, Austria, Belgium (Wallonia), Denmark, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Lebanon and the United Kingdom, and the top 20 of the charts in Germany, Italy and Spain. The original version of the song, "Bang Bang ", was released by Cher in 1966 and was famously covered by Nancy Sinatra in the same year.
"Bad" is a song by French music producer and DJ David Guetta and Dutch production duo Showtek, featuring vocals from Australian singer Vassy. It was released on 17 March 2014 as a single of the deluxe version from Guetta's studio album, Listen. It was written and produced by Guetta, Showtek, Sultan & Ned Shepard, and Manuel Reuter and it was co-written by Giorgio Tuinfort, Ossama Al Sarraf, Vassy, and Nick Turpin. The song entered and peaked on the UK Singles Chart at number 22. This track has since topped the chart in Finland and Norway. The song, which features vocals from Vassy, features her with an Auto-Tuned voice; reviews were critical of the effects applied to the vocals.
"Nobody to Love" is a song by British record production duo Sigma. The song was originally a bootleg remix of "Bound 2" by Kanye West featuring Charlie Wilson, released on 24 January 2014 as a free download. It later received support from major British radio stations including BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra, and so was reworked into an original track with Wilson's vocals covered by former One True Voice member Daniel Pearce. It was released as the second single from their debut studio album, Life (2015).

It was released in Germany on 18 July 2014 as the lead single from the album. It was released in the United Kingdom on 1 March 2015.
"Dangerous" is a song by French music producer David Guetta released as the second single from his sixth studio album, Listen. It features vocals by American singer and songwriter Sam Martin, who had also appeared on Guetta's previous single "Lovers on the Sun". It was released as a digital download on 6 October 2014 and reached number one in fourteen countries. Both artists co-wrote and co-produced the song with Giorgio Tuinfort and Jason Evigan, with additional writing from Lindy Robbins. A remix featuring Trey Songz, Chris Brown, and Martin was released on 9 January 2015.
"I'm an Albatraoz" is a 2014 single by Swedish DJ and record producer AronChupa and Swedish singer-songwriter Little Sis Nora. The song has been certified seven-times platinum in Sweden, quadruple platinum in Canada, triple platinum in Italy, and double platinum in Australia.
"Hold Back the River" is a song by English singer-songwriter James Bay. It was released in the United Kingdom on 17 November 2014 by Republic Records as the second single from Bay's first studio album Chaos and the Calm (2014). The song was written by the Ivor Novello award winner Iain Archer with Bay and produced by Jacquire King. The song peaked at number 2 on the UK Singles Chart. It was nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rock Song. The song was used in the movie, The Space Between Us.
"Walk" is the debut single of British singer Kwabs. The song was released on 26 September 2014 on Atlantic Records in the UK, becoming a minor hit. However, the song became hugely popular in Germany, reaching number one in January 2015. In Austria and Switzerland, the song reached the top five positions. It is also featured on the soundtrack of EA Sports video game FIFA 15. A version featuring Fetty Wap was released on 21 August 2015.
"Firestone" is a song by Norwegian DJ and record producer Kygo, featuring vocals from Australian singer Conrad Sewell. It was released on 1 December 2014 and reached number one on the Norwegian Singles Chart and became a big international hit for Kygo on many other charts. Birdy performed a cover of the song on BBC Radio 1's Live Lounge.
"Stole the Show" is a song by Norwegian DJ and record producer Kygo, featuring vocals from American singer Parson James. It was released on 23 March 2015, becoming a hit in a number of countries and the biggest commercial success of Kygo besides "Firestone". Later, on 21 August 2015, a solo version by James was released. This version was included in his EP, The Temple.

"Lose Somebody" is a song by Norwegian DJ Kygo and American band OneRepublic. It was released through Sony Music on 15 May 2020 as the fifth single from Kygo's third studio album Golden Hour. The song was written by Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll, Philip Plested, Ryan Tedder, Jacob Torrey, Morten Ristorp, Alexander Delicata and Alysa Vanderheym. The song was also included on the deluxe edition of OneRepublic's fifth studio album Human (2021).
