Jumbo Seafood is a Singaporean restaurant chain specialising in the seafood aspects of Singaporean cuisine and dishes, such as Chili crab. After the takeover by Sainsbury's, many Jacksons Stores were initially refurbished to trade under the Sainsbury's at Jacksons brand.
