Davis Lusimbo (born 23 July 1966) is a Ugandan former professional boxer who competed from 1997 to 2003, once winning the ABU light welterweight title. As an amateur he represented his country in the featherweight division at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He lost his first bout against Mohamed Soltani. [1]

Richard Lusimbo is a Ugandan LGBT activist, documentary filmmaker, and public speaker who gained international attention when he was outed in a Ugandan tabloid newspaper for being gay.

Mohamed Soltani is a Tunisian Olympic boxer. He represented his country in the featherweight division at the 1992 Summer Olympics. He won his first bout against Davis Lusimbo, and then lost his second bout to Eddy Suarez.

The men's featherweight event was part of the boxing programme at the 1992 Summer Olympics. The weight class allowed boxers of up to 57 kilograms to compete. The competition was held from 29 July to 9 August 1992. 31 boxers from 31 nations competed.
