Deaf to Our Prayers is the fourth full-length album by the German extreme metal band Heaven Shall Burn. The title was inspired by the famous poem "The Silesian Weavers" by German poet Heinrich Heine. [5] The first video released for this album was of the song "Counterweight".

"The Silesian Weavers" is a poem by Heinrich Heine written in 1844. It is exemplary of the political poetry of the Vormärz movement. It is about the misery of the Silesian weavers, who in 1844 ventured an uprising against exploitation and wage decreases, and thereby drew attention to the grievances originated in the context of industrialization. Friedrich Engels was the first to translate the poem into English.

Of Truth and Sacrifice is the ninth studio album by German extreme metal band Heaven Shall Burn, released on 20 March 2020 through Century Media Records. The album consists of two parts; volume one titled "Of Truth" with ten tracks and volume two called "Of Sacrifice" with nine tracks. Both parts include all but one original song; on volume two the band covered Nuclear Assault's 1989 song "Critical Mass". At 97 minutes runtime, the band released their longest album to date.
