Delano Davis (born 7 January 1995) is a Bahamian sprinter. He was born on Abaco Island, and attended Sunland Baptist Academy in Freeport, Bahamas. He would later go on to compete for Essex County College and LIU Brooklyn. [1]

He won a gold medal in the 100 metres at the 2011 CARIFTA Games. [2] [3]

The CARIFTA Games is an annual athletics competition founded by the Caribbean Free Trade Association (CARIFTA). The games was first held in 1972 and consists of track and field events including sprint races, hurdles, middle distance track events, jumping and throwing events, and relays. Anthonique Strachan is a Bahamian sprinter, she is the 2012 100m and 200m World Junior Champion. She competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics, 2016 Summer Olympics and the 2020 Summer Olympics, in 200 m. and 4 × 400 m relay

The 40th CARIFTA Games was held at the Montego Bay Sports Complex in Montego Bay, Jamaica, on April 23–25, 2011. Initially, the games should be hosted for the second time after 2007 by Saint Kitts and Nevis, but they declared to be unable to stage the games because of financial issues. The games could have been cancelled for the first time in its history, but Jamaica finally agreed to host the games at short notice.

Jonathan Davis is a Bahamian sprinter from Eleuthera Bahamas who competed in the 100m and 200 and long jump. He attended Tabernacle Baptist Academy in Freeport, Bahamas, before going on to compete for Hinds Community College.
