The 16th Central American and Caribbean Junior Championships were held in the Estadio Rafael Hernández Ochoa in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, Mexico, between 25–27 June 2004. The games were originally planned to be held in San Salvador, El Salvador. However, they were relocated to the state of Veracruz in Mexico in early 2004. These are the results of the 2010 NACAC Under-23 Championships in Athletics which took place from 9 to 11 July 2010 in Miramar, Florida, United States.

The 2019 USATF U20 Outdoor Championships was the 48th edition of the annual national championship in outdoor track and field for American athletes aged under 20, organized by USA Track & Field. The three-day competition took place on June 21–23 in at the Ansin Sports Complex in Miramar, Florida. It was the fifth time that the event was held in Florida, the previous occasion being in 1994.
