Denis Marconato (born 29 July 1975) is an Italian former professional basketball player. At a height of 2.11 m (6'11") tall, he played at the center position.
Marconato joined Benetton Treviso's youth team in 1990, and with them he won three Italian juniors club titles between 1991 and 1994. In 1993, he made his debut in Italy's top-tier level men's professional LBA, with the senior team of Benetton Treviso, in the 1992–93 season. However, he did not have a regular place on Treviso's roster, so he was loaned to Padova, where he demonstrated his talent. In the 1996–97 season, he returned to Benetton Treviso, where the team's head coach Mike D'Antoni, gave him a more important role in the team; and in that season, Marconato won his first Italian League championship. After winning the Italian SuperCup title and MVP in 1997, and the FIBA Saporta Cup title in 1999, he was named the MVP of the Italian Cup Final Eight in 2000 (which was won by Treviso).
In the following years, he won two more Italian championships (2002, 2003), three more Italian Cups (2003, 2004, 2005) and played at two EuroLeague Final Fours (2002, 2003). During his last season with Treviso, Marconato was also the captain of the team. In the summer of 2005, he moved to the Spanish ACB League club FC Barcelona, together with his senior Italian national team teammate Gianluca Basile. On 14 January 2015 he signed with Montichiari of the Italian 3rd Division. [1]
Marconato played at the 1994 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship with the Italian under-20 junior national team, and he also played at the 1996 FIBA Europe Under-22 Championship, which was held in Istanbul. After that, he was a regular member of the senior Italian national team, with which he won a gold medal at the 1999 EuroBasket, a bronze medal at the 2003 EuroBasket, and a silver medal at the 2004 Athens Summer Olympic Games. In addition, Marconato was also a member of the Italian roster at the 2006 FIBA World Championship.
Dejan Bodiroga is a Serbian basketball executive and former professional player, who is currently the President of EuroLeague Basketball. In 1998 and 2002, he received the Golden Badge award for the best athlete of Yugoslavia, and the Yugoslav Olympic Committee also declared him the Sportsman of the Year. He was named to the FIBA All-Time EuroStars Team in 2007. In 2018, he was named one of the 101 Greats of European Basketball. HoopsHype named Bodiroga one of the 75 Greatest International Players Ever in 2021. He was inducted into the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame in 2022.
Efthimios "Efthimis" Rentzias is a retired Greek professional basketball player. During his pro club career, he was most notably a member of the Spanish League's FC Barcelona, and the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers. At a height of 2.12 m tall, he played at the center position. He was inducted into the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame in 2022.
Željko Rebrača is a Serbian retired professional basketball player who is the president of Vojvodina basketball club. After playing in the National Basketball Association (NBA), he finished his career with the Spanish ACB League team Pamesa Valencia.
Saulius Štombergas is a retired Lithuanian professional basketball player, basketball coach and businessman. Štombergas is one of the greatest Lithuanian basketball players of all time, and he was also considered to be a great team leader, as he managed to play very well under pressure, and at the end of games. He was also known for his 3-point shooting ability.
Ramūnas Šiškauskas is a former Lithuanian professional basketball player and basketball coach. Listed at 1.98 m tall, he could play at both the shooting guard and small forward positions. His individual accolades as a player include a EuroLeague MVP award, four All-EuroLeague Team selections, as well as an All-EuroBasket Team designation. On May 16, 2014, Šiškauskas was named a EuroLeague Legend.

Antonis Fotsis is a Greek professional basketball player for Ilysiakos. His height is of 2.09-metre tall. During his professional career he was also the captain of the senior Greek national team. In most of his playing career, he played primarily as a power forward, but he could also sometimes be used as a small ball center, or even as a small forward, if needed. Fotsis was inducted into the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame in 2022.

Dimosthenis "Dimos" Dikoudis, is a former Greek professional basketball player and basketball executive. He is 2.08 m tall, and he played as a power forward-center. Dikoudis was inducted into the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame in 2022.
Nikolaos "Nikos" Zisis is a Greek basketball executive and former professional basketball player. During his pro club playing career, at a height of 1.97 m tall, he played at both the point guard and shooting guard positions. He was inducted into the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame in 2022. He is currently the general manager of the senior Greek men's national basketball team.
Petar "Pece" Naumoski is a former Macedonian professional basketball player. At a height of 1.95 m tall, and a weight of 95 kg (210 lbs.). He played mainly at the point guard position during his career, but he could also play as a shooting guard and a small forward. He was a very skillful play maker. In his pro playing career, he had some quite successful years, while playing in Turkey and Italy.
Massimo "Bullo" Bulleri is an Italian professional basketball coach and former player. During his playing career, standing at a height of 1.88 m tall, he played at the point guard and shooting guard positions. He is currently the assistant coach for Dinamo Sassari in the Italian Lega Basket Serie A (LBA).

During the decade of the 1990s, the 2.01 m (6'7") tall swingman was the regular team captain of the pro club Olympiacos Piraeus, of the Greek League and the EuroLeague, and also of the Greece men's national basketball team. Nicknamed Rambo, during his playing career, Sigalas was one of the best European defensive players of his generation.
