Dennis Seimen (born 1 December 2005) is a German professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart.
Seimen was a youth product of FC Heilbronn and Karlsruher SC, before moving to VfB Stuttgart's academy in 2015. [3] Captaining their U17s, he signed his first professional contract with Stuttgart at the age of 15 on 13 October 2021. [4] He was promoted to VfB Stuttgart II in the Regionalliga in April 2023. [1] He was called up to Stuttgart's senior team for the first time as the backup goalkeeper in a Bundesliga tie with Bayer Leverkusen on 14 May 2023. [5] Seimen was named as the second keeper for the Stuttgart team in advance of the 2023–24 Bundesliga season. [6]
On 13 September 2024, Seimen extended his contract with VfB Stuttgart until June 2029. [7]
Born in Germany, Seimen was born to Romanian parents. [8] He is a youth international for Germany. He was named captain of the Germany U17s in 2022, [9] and was part of the squad at the 2022 UEFA European Under-17 Championship. [10]

Neckarstadion, officially known as MHPArena for sponsorship reasons, is a stadium located in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and home to Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart. It hosted football matches in the 1974 FIFA World Cup, the UEFA Euro 1988, the 2006 FIFA World Cup, and the UEFA Euro 2024. Besides that the 1959 European Cup Final, the replay of the 1962 European Cup Winners' Cup final, the 1988 European Cup Final, and the second leg of the 1989 UEFA Cup final took place in the stadium. The stadium is the only venue in Europe to have hosted multiple World Cup, European Championship and European Cup/Champions League Final matches. The stadium hosted the 1986 European Athletics Championships and the 1993 World Athletics Championships before it was redeveloped into a football-specific stadium in 2009.
Eike Heinrich Immel is a German former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper from 1975 until 1997 for Borussia Dortmund, Vfb Stuttgart and Manchester City. He was capped at International level for West Germany and was part of his nations squads for the 1982 FIFA World Cup, 1986 FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euro 1980 and UEFA Euro 1988. Since retiring from football he spent three years as manager of VfR Heilbronn before working as a goalkeeping coach for Beşiktaş, Austria Wien and Fenerbahçe. Immel holds the record for 'most goals conceded by a Bundesliga goalkeeper' with 829 goals conceded in 534 games.
