Dig Deep is the fifth studio album by American progressive metal band After the Burial. The album was released on February 19, 2016, through Sumerian Records and is the band's first release since the death of guitarist Justin Lowe. [3] It is also the final album by the band to feature founding bassist Lee Foral, who announced his departure from the band later that year in June. [4]
The release of Dig Deep was announced on January 4, 2016, when the cover art and track listing was unveiled. [3] The first single "Lost in the Static" was released on October 29, 2015. [1] "Collapse" was the second song released off Dig Deep, it premiered on February 4, 2016. [2] Two days before the official album release a full album stream was made available via Metal Injection. [5] On February 18, 2022, to commemorate the album's six-year anniversary, the band released an instrumental version of the album. [6] [7]

In addition to working as a musician and producer, Isdal also teaches music production at Noroff.

After the Burial is an American progressive metal band from Minneapolis, Minnesota. They are currently signed to Sumerian Records and have released five of their six full-length albums through the label. Since their inception in 2004, the band has gone through two vocalist changes, two drummer changes, the departure and death of founding rhythm guitarist Justin Lowe, and the departure of bassist Lerichard Foral. Lead guitarist Trent Hafdahl remains the sole remaining founding member. They are considered key contributors to the development of subgenres such as djent and progressive metalcore.

Full of Hell is an American grindcore band from Ocean City, Maryland, and Central Pennsylvania, that formed in 2009. They are currently signed to Relapse Records and have released five studio albums – Roots of Earth Are Consuming My Home (2011), Rudiments of Mutilation (2013), Trumpeting Ecstasy (2017), Weeping Choir (2019), and Garden of Burning Apparitions (2021) – as well as several EPs and splits. Bad Omens is an American rock band from Richmond, Virginia, formed in 2015 by vocalist, frontman and producer Noah Sebastian, guitarist Nicholas Ruffilo, and bassist Vincent Riquier. The band was later joined by guitarist Joakim "Jolly" Karlsson and drummer Nick Folio, releasing their critically acclaimed debut self-titled album in 2016 under Sumerian Records. Their second full-length album, Finding God Before God Finds Me, was released in 2019, with a deluxe version released in 2020. Their third album, The Death of Peace of Mind, was released in 2022, and spawned the sleeper hit "Just Pretend", which has become Bad Omens' biggest hit to date.
Slaughter to Prevail is a Russian deathcore band from Yekaterinburg, and is now based in Orlando, Florida. The group debuted with an EP entitled Chapters of Misery in 2015 and followed up two years later with a full-length album, Misery Sermon. Their second album, Kostolom, released in 2021. The band is currently signed to Sumerian Records and have toured through the US, Europe, Canada, and Asia.
Project: Regeneration Vol. 1 is the seventh studio album by American industrial metal band Static-X. It was released on July 10, 2020, by Otsego Entertainment Group and distributed by The Orchard Music, a subsidiary of Sony Music. It is the band's first studio album in eleven years following Cult of Static (2009), their longest gap between studio albums to date, and their first album not on Warner Bros. or Reprise Records. The album includes part of the last recordings of deceased frontman Wayne Static, who died in 2014, with his role being filled by a new frontman credited as "Xer0". Project Regeneration sees the return of the original Static-X lineup—bassist Tony Campos, guitarist and programmer/keyboardist Koichi Fukuda and drummer Ken Jay—and was produced by Ulrich Wild, who has produced and/or mixed all but two albums by the band in the past.

It is the band's first studio release with the label and the last album to feature guitarist Sean Price before he left the band in March 2022.
