Aremu Olaiwola Qudus (born 13 November 1993; professionally known as Director K and DK) [1] is a Nigerian music video director. [2] [3] He has worked with artists of several musical genres including Wizkid, Skepta, Davido, [4] [5] Burna Boy and many others, [6] [7] winning 2020 The Headies Award for best music video of the year. [8]
Aremu Olaiwola Qudus was born on 13 November 1993, in Lagos State, Nigeria. [1] Hails from Kwara State being born into a polygamous family. He choose to pursue a formal education in Creative Arts at Yaba College of Technology in Lagos. [9]
Director K began his career back in 2015 when he shot a music video out of curiosity with an iPhone. [10] [11] [12]
In 2018, Director K directed the music video for Case by Nigerian musician, Teni and followed by directing the music video for Skiibii's hit single Sensima. [13]
In 2019, he co-founded PriorGold Pictures media and production services company focused on music videos, creative visuals, and television.
In 2020, Director K directed Wonderful by Burna Boy, [14] and Suzannah by Sauti Sol, [15] which got him two Best Music Video nominations at 2020 Afrimma Awards. He went on to direct "1 Milli" by Davido that won Best Music video at the 2020 The Headies Award. [16] [17]
In 2021 Director K directed the Grammy nominated hit 'Essence' by Wizkid featuring Tems, the first African song to chart the Billboard Hot 100 and the Billboard Global 200

Olamide Gbenga Adedeji is a Nigerian rapper, singer, songwriter, and record executive. Widely regarded as one of the biggest and most influential artists in Africa, he has been instrumental to the launching of the careers of several Afrobeats music stars. He records in Yoruba and English. In 2011, he released his debut studio album Rapsodi while signed to Coded Tunes. YBNL, his follow-up album, was released under his label imprint "Yahoo Boy No Laptop," aka YBNL Nation. The album was supported by the singles "First of All," "Voice of the Street," "Stupid Love," and "Ilefo Illuminati." On 7 November 2013, he released his third studio album Baddest Guy Ever Liveth. The album's singles include "Durosoke" and "Yemi My Lover." On 17 July 2013, Olamide became the first Nigerian to sign an endorsement deal with Cîroc.
The Headies is a music awards show established in 2006 by the Hip Hop World Magazine of Nigeria to recognize outstanding achievements in the Nigerian music industry. The annual ceremony features performances by established and promising artists. It is broadcast live on HipTV to viewers across Nigeria. The first and second editions of The Headies were held at the Muson Center in Onikan, Lagos State. Between 2010 and 2012, the awards were held at the Eko Hotel and Suites in Victoria Island, Lagos. Several media personalities in Nigeria have hosted the annual ceremony, including Darey Art Alade, D'banj, Dakore Egbuson, Banky W., Rita Dominic, M.I, Tiwa Savage and Dr SID.
Oluseye Desmond Sodamola, professionally known as Spinall, is a Nigerian disc jockey, record producer, songwriter, label executive, and media personality. He first gained prominence in 2004, while working as a radio DJ at Raypower 100.5 FM, Spinall studied at Tenstrings Music Institute. He later joined Industry Nite where he promoted underground talents at the weekly platform. He was the official DJ to Wande Coal while he was affiliated with Mavin Records. He created a style edge to his outfit known as TheCAP, tracing his roots back to his culture. TheCAP, which fans tags as "TheCrazyAzzParty" has since then been his brand power and identity. Prior to April 2021, he went by the stage name DJ Spinall, and started an Afromix series on Apple Music, on 15 April 2021. and hosted a television show, known as Smirnoff Infamous Mix on MTV Base, Soundcity TV with a podcast series launched on Audiomack and various radio stations in Nigeria. On 6 April 2021, Smirnoff Infamous Mix first episode featured guest appearance from Wurld.

Born and raised in Lagos, Pheelz is credited to have produced all but one song on Olamide's Baddest Guy Ever Liveth album. In 2022, he had a hit with his song "Finesse", a collaboration with Bnxn.
