Don Xzaviar Jackson (born September 7, 1993) is an American former professional football running back. He played college football at Nevada. Jackson was signed by the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL) as an undrafted free agent in 2016, and was also a member of the Calgary Stampeders and Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL).
Jackson attended the University of Nevada, where he played on the Nevada Wolf Pack football team from 2013 to 2015 after playing one season and transferring from Iowa Western Community College. [1]

After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL draft, Jackson signed with the Green Bay Packers on May 6, 2016. [4] On July 25, 2016, he was released by the Packers. [5] Jackson was signed to the Packers' practice squad on September 5, 2016. [6] On October 20, 2016, he was promoted from the practice squad to the active roster after Packers running backs Eddie Lacy and James Starks suffered injuries the week prior. [7] Jackson made his NFL debut against their NFC North rival Chicago Bears in Week 7 on the same day he was promoted. He finished the game with two rushes for six yards after leaving the game early with a left hand injury in the first half. [8] On November 16, 2016, he was placed on injured reserve. [9]
Jackson re-signed with the Packers on March 8, 2017. [10] On May 1, 2017, he was released by the Packers after the team drafted three running backs. [11]
Jackson was a member of the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League (CFL) for two seasons starting in 2018. He played in 13 games for the Stampeders in his rookie season, rushing 160 times in his first season for over 900 yards and three scores. In his second season his playing time was limited by a concussion, and as a result he only played in seven games, carrying the ball 58 times for 246 yards.
Jackson signed a one-year deal with the Tiger-Cats on February 11, 2020. Following the cancelled 2020 season he signed a contract extension with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on December 27, 2020. [12] In two seasons in Hamilton Jackson played in 14 regular season games, carrying the ball 122 times for 544 yards with two rushing touchdowns. He also caught 40 passes for 321 yards and two receiving touchdowns. Injuries and the Canadian-American player ration limited his playing time in Hamilton. [13] Jackson was released by the Ti-Cats on February 2, 2023, citing his desire to spend more time with his family. [14]

Chad Owens Sr. is an American former professional football wide receiver and kick returner who played for three years in the National Football League (NFL) and nine years in the Canadian Football League (CFL). He was selected by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the sixth round of the 2005 NFL draft. Owens played college football at Hawaii. Timothy Kealii'okaaina Awa Chang is an American football coach and former quarterback who is currently the head coach of the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors. During his playing career at Hawaii, he set several major college football passing records, including the NCAA record for most all-time passing yards; this record was later eclipsed by Case Keenum in 2011, and Dillon Gabriel in 2024, although Chang still remains in third place.
Henry Armand Burris Jr. is an American former professional football quarterback, and a member of the Canadian Football Hall of Fame. He is currently the co-offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach for Florida A&M. Burris played in the Canadian Football League (CFL) from 1998 to 2016. He won three Grey Cup championships, two with the Calgary Stampeders, in 1998 and 2008, having spent 10 years of his career with them, and one with the Ottawa Redblacks in 2016. He was also a sports broadcaster and football analyst at TSN, appearing as a panel member on the network's CFL on TSN broadcasts.
C. J. Gable is a former Canadian football running back. He was signed by the New Orleans Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2011. He played college football for the University of Southern California Trojans. He has also been a member of the Denver Broncos (NFL), Nebraska Danger (IFL), and Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Edmonton Eskimos (CFL).

Bo Levi Mitchell is an American professional football quarterback for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He originally signed with the Calgary Stampeders in 2012 and became the team's starting quarterback for the 2014 season, setting a number of club and league records including best record for a first time starting quarterback in league history. He won the 102nd Grey Cup in 2014, the CFL's Most Outstanding Player Award in 2016 and 2018, and the 106th Grey Cup in 2018. With his second Grey Cup win as starter, he became the first quarterback to start and win multiple Grey Cup games with the Stampeders organization.

The 2018 CFL season was the 65th season of modern-day Canadian football. Officially, it was the 61st Canadian Football League season. Edmonton hosted the 106th Grey Cup on November 25, 2018. The CFL announced that this season will move to a 21-week regular season to increase player rest time and reduce short turnaround-times for games.
