The Dragon Trophy is an annual international figure skating competition which is generally held in February in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Medals may be awarded in men's singles and women's singles at the senior, junior, and novice levels.

The Ukrainian Figure Skating Championships are held annually to determine the national figure skating champions of Ukraine. Medals may be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. The senior event takes place most often in December and the junior event in January or February. Tivoli City Park or simply Tivoli Park is the largest park in Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia. It is located on the western outskirts of the Center District, stretching to the Šiška District to the north, the Vič District to the south, and the Rožnik District to the west. The 2012 ISU World Team Trophy was an international team figure skating competition in the 2011–12 season. Participating countries selected two men's single skaters, two ladies' single skaters, one pair and one ice dancing entry to compete in a team format with points based on the skaters' placement.


The 2012–13 synchronized skating season began on July 1, 2012, and ended on June 30, 2013. During this season, which was concurrent with the season for the other four disciplines, elite synchronized skating teams competed on the International Skating Union (ISU) Championship level at the 2013 World and World Junior Championships. They also competed at various other international as well as national competitions.

Shin Ji-hoon is a South Korean singer, actress and figure skater. She was signed under Cube Entertainment and Starline Entertainment. She is known as TOP 6 of SBS's K-pop Star Season 2. From 2017, Shin Ji-hoon became an individual singer.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Denkova-Staviski Cup</span> International figure skating competition

The Denkova-Staviski Cup is an annual international figure skating competition which is generally held in November or December in Sofia, Bulgaria. It is named in honor of two-time World Championship gold medalists Albena Denkova and Maxim Staviski, who competed internationally in ice dance for Bulgaria. In some years, the event is part of the ISU Challenger Series. Medals may be awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance at the senior and junior levels.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Ronald Lam</span> Hong Kong figure skater

Chiu Ting Ronald Lam is a retired Hong Kong figure skater. He won three senior international medals and three national titles. He competed in the final segment at three ISU Championships, placing 20th at the 2010 World Junior Championships in The Hague, Netherlands; 13th at the 2015 Four Continents Championships in Seoul, South Korea; and 14th at the 2015 World Championships in Shanghai, China. Lam represented Canada before switching to Hong Kong in 2012.

Matjaž Krušec is a Slovenian figure skating official and former competitor for Yugoslavia. He competed at the 1979 World Championships and four European Championships. He has served as an International Skating Union referee and international technical controller. He is the former president of the Stanko Bloudek Figure and Roller Skating Club in Ljubljana.
