Drosophila angularis is a species of fruit fly in the Drosophilidae family, which was first described in 1956 by the Japanese entomologist, Toyohi Okada. [1] [2] The fly is part of the Drosophila quinaria species group. [3]

It is found on mushrooms. [3]

It is found in Japan, [4] Korea, [4] [5] and Russia. [1]
