The World Communion of Reformed Churches (WCRC) is the largest association of Reformed churches in the world. It has 233 member denominations in 110 countries, together claiming 100 million people, thus being the third largest Christian communion in the world after the Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox Church. This ecumenical Christian body was formed in June 2010 by the union of the World Alliance of Reformed Churches (WARC) and the Reformed Ecumenical Council (REC).

The Presbyterian Church in Chile was founded in June 7, 1868 in the city of Santiago and was the first Protestant church in the country. The Chile mission was coordinated by Dr. Rev. David Trumbull and the United Presbyterian Church in the USA. On June 13, 1883 the first Presbytery was organised in Chile. It adopted the Constitution of the United Presbyterian Church in the USA. Till 1963 the church was dependent on the United Presbyterian Churches Synod of New York. With the creating of 3 more Presbyteries, the church become independent from the American Presbyterian church in January 1964.

The Christian Evangelical Church in Minahasa is a Protestant, Calvinist and Reformed church in Indonesia. It was founded in North Sulawesi on 30 September 1934.

The Rheinische Missiongesellschaft zu Bremen (RMG) started missions in Kalimantan, now known as Borneo, in 1838 among Dayak Ngaju and Maanyan tribes. The work was almost destroyed because of a riot against the Dutch rule. The development was slow. In 1901, there were only 2,000 Christians. After World War I, the Rheinische Mission had to hand over the work to the Basel Mission.
In 1855 two German missionaries arrived in northwestern Irian. This was the Gossner Mission. In 1962 the Utrechtische Zendingsvereeining of the Reformed Church in the Netherlands took over the work. Dutch missionaries assisted by teachers and preachers from other islands.

The London Missionary Society started missions work in the 18th century. At the turn of the 19th century the London Missionary Society gave way to the Paris Evangelical Missionary Society. The church currently has 90 parishes and 100 house fellowships with 30,000 members. The church is a member of the World Communion of Reformed Churches and has relationships with the Maói Protestant Church, Presbyterian Church of Aotearoa New Zealand and the Presbyterian Church in Vanuatu.
The Reformed Churches in Argentina was established in the 19th century by Dutch immigrants. They settled around Buenos Aires and Patagonia. Men and women participate in all ministries. The church has close links with the Waldesian Church – their synods have joint sessions and a joint General Assembly. The denomination has 13 congregations and 700 members. The denomination adheres to the Apostles Creed, Nicene Creed, Canons of Dort, Heidelberg Catechism and the Athanasian Creed. It is a member of the World Communion of Reformed Churches.
The Korean Christian Church in Japan was founded in 1909 by Presbyterian missionaries from Korea. Pastor Han Sok-Po evangelized primarily among Korean students in Tokyo. From 1915 the Korean Presbyterians send more missionaries and the church in Japan grew steadily. Congregations are in all parts of Japan. In 1934 the Korean Church in Japan was established, but in 1939 it was forced to become a part of the Church of Christ in Japan. After World War II it separated and held a General Assembly of the Korean Christian Church in Japan. The Apostles Creed and Westminster Confession of Faith are the official documents. Partner churches are the Presbyterian Church in Canada and the Presbyterian Church in Korea.
The Evangelical Presbyterian Church of Iran was a joint effort of American Presbyterian and Congregational missionaries in 1834. First they evangelised the Assyrians and later worked in north-west Iran, in a region called Rezaieh. The missionaries wanted to revitalise the old churches, but their members who converted to Protestantism were forced to leave their old denominations. Various Protestant churches were established. In 1862 the first presbytery was organised, and later more presbyteries were formed. Meanwhile, these Presbyterian missionaries' ministry led to the formation of congregations from Armenian Christian, Muslim, Judaism, and Zoroastrian background. In 1934 the Synod of the Evangelical Church in Iran was formed. In 1963 it adopted the current name. The common language is Persian, Armenian and Assyrian are also used. It has 1,500 members and 7 congregations.
The Reformed Church in Mozambique is a confessional Reformed denomination in Mozambique. It was founded by Dutch Reformed Church in South Africa, started Mphatso mission in 1909. This was in the Northwest part of the country, near Malawi. The work expanded rapidly. By 1919, 5 missions were opened in Tete Province. The Portuguese government inspired by the Roman Catholic Church closed the mission in 1922, and forced the missionaries to leave. Between 1922 and 1971 the church member had to meet secretly under trees and crossing the border to Malawi to attend Reformed worship. In 1972 the first black missionary called Rev Pedro Tempe started mission in South Mozambique, in Gaza Province.
The Reformed Church in Zimbabwe was founded by Dutch Reformed Church in South Africa missionaries in 1891. Andrew A. Louw begun to preach among Shona people. The worship language of churches was Afrikaans and English. Later the denomination expanded among Nyanja people. In 1995 a new center was opened in Dete. The church subscribes the Apostles Creed, Athanasian Creed, Nicene Creed, Belgic Confession, Heidelberg Catechism, Canons of Dort. It had 46 congregations and 150 house fellowships and about 90,000 members in 2004.
