Dzięgiel [ˈd͡ʑɛnɡʲɛl] is a settlement in the administrative district of Gmina Konarzyny, within Chojnice County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.^[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) north-east of Konarzyny, 22 km (14 mi) north of Chojnice, and 96 km (60 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk.

It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998. Its administrative seat and largest town is Chojnice, which lies 103 kilometres (64 mi) south-west of the regional capital Gdańsk. The county also contains the towns of Czersk, lying 30 km (19 mi) east of Chojnice, and Brusy, 24 km (15 mi) north-east of Chojnice.
