EL TV is an Azerbaijani privately owned regional terrestrial television channel serving the Central Aran Economic Region and launched on 17 July 2009. [1] It is owned by Yevlakh TV LLC and headquartered in the city of Yevlakh. [2]
EL TV was founded on 2 March 2009, headquartered in a three-story building in Yevlakh. It was set to broadcast every day for fifteen to sixteen hours, with news broadcasts allocated twice a day. Its broadcasts were to cover several parts of central Azerbaijan, including the city of Mingachevir, as well as near those territories then controlled by the Republic of Artsakh. [3] This was a part of several development projects in Yevlakh at the time. [4]
It commenced operations on 5 March, [5] and went fully operational on 17 July 2009. [1] EL TV introduced a new logo on 28 February 2014. [1] It was one of the six regional television stations in Azerbaijan that formed the Region TV network in May 2014. [6] The channel adopted the ARB branding on 19 September 2016 as it was renamed as ARB Aran. [7] [8] The name of ARB Aran was reverted to EL TV in 2020. [9]
EL TV primarily broadcasts programming and news reports regarding the Central Aran economic region, as well as highlights of social and cultural life, and programming regarding the heritage and traditions of the region. It also broadcasts educational programming. [10]
Yevlakh is a city in Azerbaijan, 265 km west of the capital of Baku. It is surrounded by — but administratively separate from — the Yevlakh District.

Azer Suleymanli hosted many programs such as The Voice of Azerbaijan and was the Azerbaijani commentator for 2016, 2017, and 2018 editions of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Central Aran Economic Region is one of the 14 economic regions of Azerbaijan. It borders the economic regions of Shaki-Zagatala, Mountainous Shirvan, Shirvan-Salyan, Mil-Mughan, Karabakh, and Ganja-Dashkasan. The region consists of the districts of Agdash, Goychay, Kurdamir, Ujar, Yevlakh, Zardab, as well as the city of Mingachevir. It has an area of 6,690 square kilometres (2,580 sq mi). Its population was estimated to be at 740 thousand people in January 2021.

Nakhchivan Television, also known as Nakhchivan TV or NTV for short, is an Azerbaijani regional terrestrial television channel owned and operated by the State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. It broadcasts from and serves the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, going on the air in 1963 as the first regional television channel in the country.
Kanal 35 was an Azerbaijani public television station broadcast from and serving the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. It was launched on 14 July 2004 and operated under the umbrella of the Ministry of Communications and New Technologies of Nakhchivan. It was established as a tribute to former Azerbaijani president Heydar Aliyev. Kanal 35 later became a unit of the education ministry of the republic. It ceased operations on 15 May 2023.

It is the first international television channel of Azerbaijan, launched in 2009 as ATV International, later utilizing its current name in 2013 after it was acquired from Azad Azerbaijan TV. The channel broadcasts in Russian.
Xazar TV is an Azerbaijani national terrestrial television channel owned by SOCAR through its media wing, SOCAR Media Public Union. Real TV is an Azerbaijani national terrestrial news-oriented television channel founded by Mirshahin Agayev, who is the co-founder of now-defunct ANS TV. It was launched on 15 March 2018 and is owned by Real Analysis Information Center. Real TV is headquartered in the Narimanov raion of Baku. The channel is considered to be the successor of ANS TV due to the number of similarities, although a Baku State University professor assured that it is a different network altogether.

It initially launched as an internet-based television channel on 11 May 2012 and later began broadcasting via satellite in 2017. Despite its name, the channel has no connection with the American cable television channel MTV, and instead was launched as the local feed of Russian music channel Muz-TV. MTV Azerbaijan is headquartered at Tbilisi Avenue in Baku. It is the first music-oriented television channel in Azerbaijan.

Kapaz TV is an Azerbaijani privately owned regional terrestrial television channel serving northwestern Azerbaijan. It began operations on 6 May 1994 as the first privately owned regional television channel in Azerbaijan. Kapaz TV is headquartered Nizami raion of Ganja, and serves the economic regions of Ganja-Dashkasan and Gazakh-Tovuz. It is owned by the Kapaz Independent Teleradio Company.
