Condobolin was an electoral district of the Legislative Assembly in the Australian state of New South Wales from 1894 to 1901, in the Condobolin area.

In 1969, he was elected to the Australian House of Representatives as the Liberal member for Denison, succeeding the retiring Liberal MP Adrian Gibson. He was defeated in 1972 by the Labor candidate, John Coates.

The property is owned by the Anglican Diocese of Bathurst. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 May 2008.
