Lenape Valley Regional High School is a four-year comprehensive public high school and school district in serving students in ninth through twelfth grades from two municipalities in Sussex County and one in Morris County, New Jersey, United States. The communities served by the high school are Byram Township and Stanhope Borough in Sussex County and Netcong Borough in Morris County. The school is located in Stanhope.

The Blanchard Valley Conference is an Ohio High School Athletic Association affiliated athletic league located in Hancock, Putnam, and Wood Counties in northwest Ohio. Its name derives from the Blanchard River, which runs through the area in which the schools are located. Findlay, which is part of the Three Rivers Athletic Conference, is the only high school in Hancock County that is a member of the Ohio High School Athletic Association that is not part of the BVC.
The Midland Athletic League was an OHSAA athletic league located in northwest Ohio that was formed in 1985. Mark King was the last commissioner. The league folded following the 2013-14 school year as its members found new league homes. The last day of league operation was June 30, 2014.
Southeast High School is a public high school located in the southeastern portion of Portage County in Palmyra Township near Ravenna, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Southeast Local School District and was established in 1950 with the consolidation of five rural high schools. The current building opened in 1954 with additions built in the 1960s, 1980s, and 2000s. The district covers nearly 100 square miles (260 km2) including the entire townships of Edinburg and Palmyra, as well as most of Paris, Deerfield and Charlestown townships.

Nelsonville-York City Schools serve York Township, Athens County in northern Athens County, including the City of Nelsonville and the Village of Buchtel. Clinton-Massie High School is a public high school near Clarksville, Ohio in the United States, the only high school in the Clinton-Massie local school district. It was named for the county and township it was first located in when it originated as a consolidated school and assumed responsibility for the enrollment of four former schools: Adams Township, North Kingman, Clarksville and Harveysburg. As of 2016 the school's enrollment by gender was 299 boys and 268 girls. It holds a rating of excellent with distinction. The school's superintendent is Matt Baker.

Buckeye Valley High School is a rural public high school located in Delaware County's Troy Township, north of Delaware, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Buckeye Valley Local School District. The mascot is the Fighting Baron. BVHS was part of the Mid-Ohio Athletic Conference, but will be joining the Mid-State League in 2019.

EHS is part of Elmwood Community Unit School District 322, which serves the communities of Elmwood, Oak Hill, and Edwards, and also includes Elmwood Junior High School, and Elmwood Elementary School. The campus is located 20 miles northwest of Peoria, and serves a mixed small city, village, and rural residential community. The school lies within the Peoria metropolitan statistical area.
