Epermenia sugisimai is a moth of the family Epermeniidae.^[2] It is endemic to Hokkaido, Japan.^[1]

The length of the forewings is about 4 millimetres (0.16 in).^[1]

Etymology

The species is named in honour of Mr. Kazuhiro Sugisima, who collected the holotype.^[1]
