Eric Kiesau (born November 24, 1972) is an American football coach who is currently an offensive quality control coach at the University of Florida. Kiesau was previously the offensive coordinator at Auburn University. [1] [2] He served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Boise State University. [3] Kiesau served as the interim head football coach at Fresno State University for the final four games of the 2016 season after the firing of Tim DeRuyter. [4]

Kiesau followed Bryan Harsin to Auburn as an offensive analyst in 2021. Due to the firing of Cornelius Williams after four games, Kiesau was promoted to wide receivers coach. After forty-five days of Austin Davis as offensive coordinator, Kiesau took over the quarterbacks coach/offensive coordinator duties in 2022. Auburn fired Kiesau on October 31, 2022, along with Harsin and several other staffers. [5]

Auburn fired Bedell on October 31, 2022, along with Harsin, offensive coordinator Eric Kiesau, and several other staffers.

Bryan Dale Harsin is an American football coach who was most recently the head coach for the Auburn Tigers. Prior to coaching at Auburn, he coached the Boise State University Broncos from the 2014 season through the 2020 season where he posted a 69–19 overall record. He began his head coaching career at Arkansas State University for the 2013 season. Harsin was the co-offensive coordinator at the University of Texas for two seasons. Before leaving for Texas in 2011, Harsin was an assistant at Boise State for 10 seasons, the last five as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

Scot Loeffler is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the head coach at Bowling Green State University. He formerly served as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Boston College. He was previously the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Virginia Tech, having previously held the same role at Auburn University under head coach Gene Chizik. Prior to joining Auburn, Loeffler served as offensive coordinator for Temple. He has spent over a decade coaching quarterbacks, primarily in the Big Ten and Southeastern conferences. The 2016 Fresno State Bulldogs football team represented California State University, Fresno in the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Bulldogs were led by fifth-year head coach Tim DeRuyter, but he was fired on October 23 after the team opened the season 1–7; offensive coordinator Eric Kiesau was named interim head coach for the remainder of the season. The team played its home games at Bulldog Stadium and were members of the Mountain West Conference, in the West Division. They finished the season 1–11, 0–8 in Mountain West play to finish in last place in the West Division.
