Personal life

A native of Jackson, Tennessee, he attended Trinity Christian Academy where he played both quarterback and free safety on the football team.

College career

After redshirting his initial year at Alabama, Washington recorded two assisted tackles in 2012. [1] In 2014, he made his first collegiate interception in a game against Florida.

Professional career

Washington signed with the Los Angeles Rams after going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft. On September 3, 2016, he was waived by the Rams as part of final roster cuts. [2]

It was the Crimson Tide's 32nd overall and 4th season as a member of the Southern Conference (SoCon). The team was led by head coach Wallace Wade, in his third year, and played their home games at Denny Field in Tuscaloosa, at Rickwood Field in Birmingham and at the Cramton Bowl in Montgomery, Alabama. They finished the season with their first ever perfect record, as Southern Conference champions and as national champions after they defeated Washington in the Rose Bowl.
