Erzin gas power plant is a gas-fired power station in Erzin in Hatay Province in south Turkey, capable of generating over 900 MW of power. [1] [2] Opened in 2014, [3] it is operated by a subsidiary of Akenerji. [4]

Climate Trace estimate that in 2023 it emitted 1.31 million tonnes of greenhouse gas. [5]

It is one of the few gigawatt scale power stations in Turkey. It is owned by EnerjiSA. Climate Trace estimates that in 2022 it emitted over 1.6 million tonnes of greenhouse gas, more than any other gas-fired power station in the country.

At 950 MW it is one of the larger power stations in Turkey and is owned by ACWA Power. Climate Trace estimates that in 2022 it emitted nearly 900 thousand tonnes of greenhouse gas.

Kentsa gas power plant is a gas-fired power station in İzmit in Kocaeli Province north-western Turkey, which belongs to EnerjiSA and is 40 MW and was built in 1997. The company plans to add some solar power.

Kirklareli gas power plant is an 850 MW gas-fired power station in Kırklareli in north-western Turkey, under construction by ENKA. It is not to be confused with the much older and smaller plant owned by Alarko. It is due to be completed in late 2025.
