Espen Stokkeland (born 4 July 1968) is a Norwegian sailor and Olympic medalist. He received a bronze medal in the Soling class at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, together with Paul Davis and Herman Horn Johannessen. [1] [2]

Stokkeland resides at Fornebu.

Herman Horn Johannessen is a Norwegian sailor and Olympic medalist. He received a bronze medal in the Soling class at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, together with Paul Davis and Espen Stokkeland. He also competed at the 1992 Summer Olympics, in the 470 class.

Carolijn Mariëlle Brouwer is a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented this country for the first time at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. Brouwer as helmsman of the Dutch boat with Alexandra Verbeek as crew took the 13th place in the Women's 470. In the 2004 Olympics, Brouwer returned to the Olympics in Europe and took 19th place. Brouwer than switched to the Tornado and qualified for the 2008 Olympics. However this time she sailed for Belgium. As helmsman, with crew Sébastien Godefroid she took 12th place.

Gustavo Lima is a Portuguese sailor. Competing in the 2000 Summer Olympics, he finished 6th in the laser class. He improved his position by one place, finishing 5th at the 2004 Olympics. He finished 4th at the 2008 Summer Olympics. He also competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's Laser class.

The Women's Mistral One Design Class was a sailing event on the Sailing at the 2000 Summer Olympics program in Sydney. Eleven races were scheduled and completed. 29 sailors, on 29 sailboards, from 29 nations competed.

The women's Europe at the 2000 Summer Olympics was held from 20 to 29 September 2000 at the Olympic Sailing Shore Base in Sydney Harbour. Points were awarded for placement in each race. Eleven races were scheduled and sailed. Each sailor had two discards.

The Soling Three Person Keelboat was sailed at the 2000 Summer Olympics held from 17 to 30 September 2000 in Sydney, Australia. The series started as a fleet race and then switched to match racing for the twelve best crew. 16 crews from 16 countries competed on 16 boats with a total of 48 sailors.

Serge Melfinn Kats is a sailor from the Netherlands, who represented his country for the first time at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Savannah. There he took the 13th place in the Laser.
