Cross-country skiing

Estonia qualified one female and one male cross-country skier through the basic quota. ^[4] Following the completion of the 2024–25 FIS Cross-Country World Cup, Estonia qualified a further three female and two male athletes. ^[4]

Estonia qualified a mixed doubles pair. ^[5] This marked the country's debut in the sport at the Winter Olympics. ^[6]
