Eszter Dara (born 30 May 1990 in Budapest, Hungary) is a female Hungarian swimmer, who competed for her country at the 2008 and 2012 Summer Olympics.
She won a bronze medal at the 2008 European Short Course Swimming Championships in 100 m butterfly. At the Summer Olympics she came 6th in 4×200 m freestyle relay.
In 2010 at the European Championships held in her hometown, Budapest she came fourth in the 4×100 m freestyle and became European champion as part of the 4×200 m freestyle relay team.
Laure Manaudou is a retired French Olympic, world and European champion swimmer. She has held the world record in freestyle events between 200 and 1500 meter. She is the older sister of Florent Manaudou who is also an Olympic gold medalist swimmer.
Federica Pellegrini is an Italian retired swimmer. A native of Mirano, in the province of Venice, she won a gold medal at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. At the 2009 World Championships in Rome, Pellegrini became the first woman ever to break the 4-minute barrier in the 400 m freestyle with a time of 3:59.15. Dara Grace Torres is an American former competitive swimmer, who is a 12-time Olympic medalist and former world record-holder in three events. Torres is the first swimmer to represent the United States in five Olympic Games, and at age 41, the oldest swimmer to earn a place on the U.S. Olympic team. At the 2008 Summer Olympics, she competed in the 50-meter freestyle, 4×100-meter medley relay, and 4×100-meter freestyle relay, and won silver medals in all three events.

She is a triple Olympic champion, winning the gold medal in the 4 × 100 m freestyle relay at the 2008 Olympics, and in the 50 m freestyle and 100 m freestyle at the 2012 Olympics. Kromowidjojo holds the world record in the 50 meter freestyle short course, and as part of the Dutch team she holds the world record in the 4×50 m freestyle relay. She formerly held world records in the 4 × 100 m and 4 × 200 m freestyle relays. She has won a total of 39 medals in FINA World Championship events.

She is an eighteen-time national champion and a Nordic record holder in the freestyle and medley. She is also an eighth-place finalist in the 200 m individual medley at the 2010 European Aquatics Championships in Budapest, Hungary with a time of 2:17.37, just eight seconds off the record set by Julie Hjorth-Hansen in 2009. Jansen is an economics graduate, majoring in mathematics at Copenhagen Business School in Copenhagen.
Orsolya Tompa is a Hungarian swimmer, who specialized in sprint freestyle and butterfly events. She represented her nation Hungary at the 2008 Summer Olympics, and has edged out fellow swimmer Emese Kovács to claim the 100 m butterfly title by eight hundredths of a second (0.08) at the 2007 European Junior Swimming Championships in Antwerp, Belgium, with a time of 1:00.22.
