Falk Grieffenhagen (born 1969) is a German musician who is a member of the electronic/experimental pop band Kraftwerk. [1] [2]
Grieffenhagen studied sound and video engineering in Düsseldorf, and later studied saxophone, flute, clarinet and jazz piano in Cologne, finishing in 2004. [2] He joined Kraftwerk as the live video-operator in 2012, [3] replacing Stefan Pfaffe. [1] He has worked freelance as a musician, composer, and sound engineer since 1996. Since 2023 tour, he replaced the role of Fritz Hilpert. [2]

Trans-Europe Express is the sixth studio album by German band Kraftwerk. Recorded in 1976 in Düsseldorf, Germany, the album was released in March 1977 on Kling Klang Records. It saw the group refine their melodic electronic style, with a focus on sequenced rhythms, minimalism, and occasionally manipulated vocals. The themes include celebrations of the titular European railway service and Europe as a whole, and meditations on the disparities between reality and appearance.
