"Falling Down" is the first single from Space Cowboy's album, "Digital Rock Star". It was written and co-produced by RedOne and Nick Dresti. It features Chelsea Korka from the Paradiso Girls providing guest vocals, while the video shows the entire group dancing. The track was released as the album's lead single on 19 May 2009 throughout Europe, after being leaked in April.

The music video is set in a club scene with a colourful backdrop and features Space Cowboy and Chelsea Korka dancing, along with the rest of Korka's band, the Paradiso Girls however, only Korka is featured vocally on the single. Colby O'Donis is also featured non-vocally in the video. (He is seen briefly dancing with Chelsea a few times)

Nicolas Jean-Pierre Dresti, better known by his stage name Space Cowboy, is a French-British singer-songwriter, DJ, and producer. Born in France and raised in England, Dresti first recorded in 1992 under the names of Vibes and DJ Apex, releasing breakbeat hardcore tracks. He then changed his stage name to Nicky Fabulous and produced a four track extended play, Pussy Galore in 1995. He has recorded under various pseudonyms including: DJ Supreme, Kings of Rhythm, Loop Da Loop, and DJ Chrome. In 2002, Dresti changed his stage name to Space Cowboy and did a cover of Prince's song, "I Would Die 4 U." In 2003, Space Cowboy debuted his first studio album Across the Sky. On 22 June 2005, he released his second full-length album Big City Nights and his third album, Digital Rock, the next year. Digital Rock Star, a re-release of Digital Rock, debuted as his fourth studio album on 20 October 2009.

Far East Movement is an Asian-American hip hop and electronic music group based in Los Angeles. The group formed in 2003 and as of August 2018 consists of Kev Nish, Prohgress, DJ Virman, and formerly J-Splif. Their 2010 single, "Like a G6", featuring pop-rap duo The Cataracs and singer Dev hit number one on both the Billboard Hot 100 chart and on the iTunes chart in late October 2010, making them the first Asian-American group to earn a number one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Among their other chart successes are: "Rocketeer" featuring Ryan Tedder of One Republic, which peaked at number seven on the Billboard Hot 100; "Turn Up the Love", which peaked within the top ten of the charts in the United Kingdom, and their 2012 remix of the song "Get Up (Rattle)" by the Bingo Players, which topped the charts in the United Kingdom.
"Patron Tequila" is a song by the Paradiso Girls featuring rappers Lil Jon and Eve, intended to appear on their unreleased debut studio album, Crazy Horse. The song was released on April 14, 2009. The Remixes and The Remixes Part 2 were released to further promote the song.
The Paradiso Girls were a girl group created by Robin Antin, and were a European spin-off of Antin's other girl group The Pussycat Dolls. The members come from a number of countries: Chelsea Korka from the United States, Aria Crescendo from France, Lauren Bennett and Kelly Beckett from the United Kingdom and Shar Mae Amor from the Philippines. They were signed to Interscope Records. Their debut single "Patron Tequila" featuring Lil Jon and Eve was released on May 12, 2009 and reached position 3 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play. Following uncertainty from their label, the group disbanded in 2010.
"I Came 2 Party" is a song by German band Cinema Bizarre. It features Space Cowboy and was written and produced by Martin Kierszenbaum, RedOne and Space Cowboy, for the band's second studio album ToyZ (2009) and debut U.S. album, BANG!. The track was released as the album's lead single on August 7, 2009 throughout German-speaking Europe and on August 11, 2009 worldwide. The song is also included on Space Cowboy's fourth studio album, Digital Rock Star. The Paradiso Girls version of the song was also featured in the "San Vicente" episode of TV series Melrose Place.
"Falling Down" is the debut single recorded by American pop rock band Selena Gomez & the Scene for their debut studio album, Kiss & Tell (2009). It was released on August 25, 2009 through Hollywood Records as the lead single from the album. The song was written by Ted Bruner and Trey Vittetoe, both of whom produced the track; Gina Schock of The Go-Go's also receives writing credit. Musically, "Falling Down" is an uptempo rock track that contains heavy usage of synths. Its lyrics see Gomez ridiculing life in Hollywood and fame, though can also be interpreted to speak of a romantic relationship. It samples the classic Christmas song "Deck the Halls", as well as briefly using the lyrics "Rum pum pum pum" from the Christmas song "The Little Drummer Boy" in its intro. Lyrically, the song uses sexual innuendos.
