Fast Food Tycoon 2, also known as Pizza Connection 2 [1] in Europe, is a business simulation game on the PC in which the player starts out as the owner of a small pizza parlor and must gain popularity and eventually own the pizza empire. A sequel of Fast Food Tycoon, Fast Food Tycoon 2 incorporates a variety of variables of which the player must overcome to reach unique goals in 10 different international cities, ranging from New York City to Moscow to Tokyo. A sequel Pizza Connection 3 was slated for 2018 release. [2]

Lemonade Tycoon, first released as Lemonade Inc., is a 2002 business simulation game created in Adobe Shockwave. A free, limited version is available for online play at many sites, while a full version with no time restrictions can be purchased online. The goal of Lemonade Tycoon is to sell lemonade for profit, progressing from the suburbs to a stadium. The last update (1.1.9) warranted a rename to Lemonade Tycoon Deluxe. In 2009, Electronic Arts published a version of Lemonade Tycoon for iOS. The sequel, Lemonade Tycoon 2: New York Edition is also available on Mac OS X, published by MacPlay.
Moon Tycoon is a city-building computer game released in 2001 by Anarchy Enterprises and Unique Entertainment. It is based on the creation of a lunar colony, or rather a lunar city. Anarchy Enterprises described it as the "first 3-D Sim game ever", and noted that it has similarities to SimCity.
Airport Tycoon is a business simulation game released for Windows 95/98 in 2000. It was developed in the United Kingdom by Krisalis Software. In Airport Tycoon, the player must successfully build and manage an airport without going bankrupt. There have been two sequels created for Airport Tycoon: Airport Tycoon 2 and Airport Tycoon 3. There was to be a Nintendo 64 version released as well, but this version was cancelled for unknown reasons.

Also, this version allowed the player to have more than one stand and the ability to have stands in more than one location at once.

Wildlife Tycoon: Venture Africa is a simulation video game set in Africa. Players create and control African animals such as lions, elephants, zebras in this strategy game. To succeed, the player must discover the unique behaviors of each species and build food and water sources to suit them. They must plan their ecosystem well so that it can help both predator and prey achieve balance in the wild. The player can also select any animal and teach it about far away food sources, or select a predator to take down a herbivore.
Zoo Tycoon is a series of business simulation video games. The worlds focus around building and running successful zoo scenarios. The series was initially developed by Blue Fang Games and published by Microsoft Studios who later in 2001–2008 went on to create two stand-alone video games and seven expansion packs for PC and Macintosh platforms. In 2013, Microsoft Studios released a new Zoo Tycoon game, developed by Frontier Developments for Xbox One and Xbox 360. An enhanced version of the Xbox game, Zoo Tycoon: Ultimate Animal Collection, was released for Windows 10 and the Xbox One on October 31, 2017. Frontier Developments, the developer of the final Zoo Tycoon game, released the spiritual successor to the series, Planet Zoo, in 2019.
Construction and management simulation (CMS), sometimes also called management sim or building sim, is a subgenre of simulation game in which players build, expand or manage fictional communities or projects with limited resources. Strategy video games sometimes incorporate CMS aspects into their game economy, as players must manage resources while expanding their project. Pure CMS games differ from strategy games, however, in that "the player's goal is not to defeat an enemy, but to build something within the context of an ongoing process." Games in this category are sometimes also called "management games".
Chocolatier is a casual strategy video game with action game elements, developed by American studio Big Splash Games and published by PlayFirst. The game was released for download on May 1, 2007, and was followed by a CD-ROM release on September 27. Players assume the role of a young chocolatier, who must navigate 14 cities around the globe while buying ingredients, manufacturing chocolate confections, and selling them to chocolate shops. Two modes of play are available: in story mode the player must rebuild an almost-bankrupt chocolate empire and acquire 64 chocolate recipes from around the world; in free mode players start out with scant resources and must become successful chocolatiers.
Planet Coaster is a construction and management simulation video game developed and published by Frontier Developments for Windows. It was released worldwide on 17 November 2016. Frontier had previously worked in the amusement park construction and management genre with RollerCoaster Tycoon 3, Thrillville, Thrillville: Off the Rails, and Zoo Tycoon. A version for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S, known as Planet Coaster: Console Edition, was released worldwide on 10 November 2020. The PlayStation 5 version was released in North America and Australia on 12 November 2020 and in Europe on 19 November 2020. A macOS version, developed by Aspyr, was later released on 17 November 2020 on both Steam and Mac App Store.
